Food quailty is okay. They’ve really brought up on the shrink flation with sizes of their burgers & quality of their food. Not to mention their fries are super salty.
I ordered normal sized burgers and this is what I got. Also my baconator had no bacon what’s so ever

Thanks for the bacon fries without the bacon in it, what a rip off…and the manager was just standing right there probably knowing full well that they jipped us of our order. The manager likes to have customers park in front of the joint so he can run outside to hit his vape.

I stopped by for dinner around 5:35pm on Thursday Sept 25th 2025. I ordered through the drive through and the young man taking orders had the best attitude I’ve ever come across through drive through. He was very professional, friendly and courteous. There was another young man that brought me the Frosty i ordered. He was also very kind and friendly. Both of these gentleman are rare to come across when ordering fast food. The whole process was fast and professional. My food was put together well, and they had great communication. Please treat them as well as they treated me. Also, Wendy’s please give them a raise. They deserve it.

Ordering through the app was very simple but I highly recommend that you look at your sandwiches before you leave. Two out of the three sandwiches that I got look like they belong on the kids meal. One of them was missing a patty and bacon for the double bacon sandwich that they advertised. You want to talk about a shrinkflation when you order off the adults menu and you get a kids meal for size.

I had a pleasant experience at this Wendy’s. The team made a small mistake with my order and the manager very kindly rectified the issue and he was very friendly. The dining room was clean as well. The customer service here was great.

Dry old chicken sandwich. Cheeseburger reheated super hot. Fries with strong oil taste. Came by 7:45 pm. Passing through on the interstate, wasted my money here. Would not recommend to anyone!

We dined inside while on a long road trip. Took a long time to get our food. The hot food was cold, and my drink was wrong. In their defense it appeared as though new employees were being trained.

Service wasn’t great, only one cashier and took about 10 minutes to order and 15 minutes to get rhe food. Tables were kinda dirty. Had the krabby patty meal. Basically just a Dave’s but the frosty was really good.

Food is still fine and the people are great. Better than other burger chains in Mountain Home, but customer service and cleanliness are tanking at this location. They are clearly not staffed to handle the lunch rush for a full house of dining in patrons. When we arrived around 2:15pm, Ketchup & napkin dispensers were all empty and every trash can was stacked with used trays and overflowing garbage. Also, we had to order at the counter since the kiosks wouldn’t accept our rewards offers, and it took them around 10 minutes to get someone back over to the register to help us. It would probably be helpful if management would hire 1-2 more people to cover during their peak hours to help keep up with the dining room and the register for people that still need those services. Hope we see improvement in our next few visits so I can give them a couple more stars. The staff really deserve the help too, what a great bunch of people!
