We celebrated Valentine’s Day at Garcia Bros and it exceeded our expectations. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was warm and inviting — perfect for date night. The service was fast, attentive, and professional without feeling rushed.
The food was outstanding. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The matcha pancakes were truly top tier — perfectly balanced, not overly sweet, and easily one of the highlights of the meal.
The background music added such a nostalgic touch — early 2000s hits that made the experience even more enjoyable.
Overall, a 5-star experience. We’ll absolutely be back.

These were the best pancakes I’ve ever had. The texture was incredibly light and airy, almost like eating warm clouds with a hint of soft crispness at the edges. The sauce on top reminded me of whipped egg whites with just the tiniest bit of sugar — delicate, not cloying, which made the dish feel more refined than your typical syrup-drenched stack.
The green whipped cream had a subtle sweetness that contrasted beautifully with the plain white one — it felt intentional, like the chef actually thought about balance rather than just decoration.
Normally, I never order pancakes because it always seems like paying too much for what’s basically flour and water, but this changed my mind completely. You can taste the care and precision behind it. I’d come back just for these.
The chilaquiles were actually really good — the flavors were spot on, and you could tell the ingredients were fresh. The salsa had just the right amount of flavor (but no spicy heat), and the chips still had some crispness left, so it didn’t turn into mush the way some versions do.
That said, the portion size of chilaqueles was on the smaller side. It felt more like a light brunch plate than a full meal, so I probably wouldn’t order it again for the price.
Still, with so many other dishes on the menu that look tempting, it’s hard to complain — it just gives me a reason to come back and try something new next time.

Just trying new places and noticed the stellar reviews so I figured I’d pop in. I came in early around 8:30 and there was no wait. I had buttermilk pancakes which were fluffy and delicious. & the waitress suggested that I order the chilaquiles. She said the red sauce was the one to try so I ordered half red and half green with over-hard egg. It was decent…I was a little disappointed by it being a suggested menu item, I expected the sauces to have deeper flavor and the presentation to be a little more appealing, but I was satisfied! Probably will try something else next time but definitely will be back. Staff is very friendly and attentive. The place gets packed quick so try and come early.

Such a cute little breakfast spot with incredibly friendly service. You immediately feel welcome and well taken care of.
The tiramisu pancakes were an absolute highlight. Super fluffy, beautifully presented with a rich tiramisu cream, fresh berries, a dusting of powdered sugar, and a scoop of butter on top slowly melting into the pancakes. They tasted just as amazing as they looked.
The omelette was also excellent, perfectly cooked, filled generously, topped with melted cheese, and served with a bowl of fresh fruit on the side. Everything was fresh and thoughtfully prepared.
The cappuccino was good, though for my personal taste there’s still a little room for improvement. The fresh orange juice, on the other hand, was refreshing and spot on.
Overall, a really great breakfast experience. Definitely recommended, I’ll be back.

AMAZING!!!! Exceeded expectations! The food and service was so great it is now our NEW FAVORITE SPOT! Everything was so FRESH and DELICIOUS! Believe the hype. Everything about Garcia Bros is incredible. The quality of the food, presentation, attentiveness of the wait staff, and atmosphere are all top tier. Pricing is more than reasonable, even affordable, when compared to other local restaurants. The tiramisu pancakes and wet burrito were delicious. Make sure to elevate your breakfast with a Cafe de Olla. Trust me, it’s worth it.

First time and it was such a wonderful experience. Our waitress Melissa was perfect!!! She was welcoming and was very gracious. She was knowledgeable when asked for menu suggestions since it was our first time and WOW she explained from start to finish beautifully detailed recommendations. Everyone super friendly with big smiles on their faces The FOOD WAS DELICIOUS!!! Food service was fast, had the the special Tiramisu French Toast with berries was to die for. The chilaquiles with green red sauce grilled chicken was perfection. We had the iced and hot cafe de olla was good. A little sweet for my liking so I topped off with regular. My husband on the other hand LOVED his iced cafe de olla. Can’t wait to go try their second location in Santa Clarita. Melissa, thank you for making our first visit amazing.

Cute place. Was hoping that it would be as great as the reviews but I was disappointed. Perhaps it’s just a bad day. It wasn’t overly busy. Indoor and outdoor seating options. I ordered eggs and bacon dish with easy scramble. I was asked if I wanted crispy bacon and hashbrowns, and I said yes. What I received was warm eggs, but the crispy bacon & hashbrowns was cold. It didn’t seem fresh. The latte was delicious.
