Most of the time, this Wendy’s has been above the rest in this area, always friendly and on time. However, this time, we had ordered a baked potato, and we found a screw inside of it. Luckily, my partner felt it before consuming it, but it could’ve ended poorly. I usually wouldn’t leave this as a review, but when I tried to call customer service I got ghosted. Be careful ordering the baked potato, just in case there’s others that got messed up.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but this has happened too many times to ignore. Every single time I order takeout from Wendy’s, something is missing — and most often it’s the drink. How do you forget the pop when it’s literally part of the combo?
It’s incredibly frustrating to get home and realize part of your order wasn’t included. This isn’t a one-time mistake — it’s a consistent issue. There seems to be no attention to detail when putting orders together.
I understand mistakes happen, but when it’s every visit, it feels like nobody is double-checking orders before handing them out. I just want to receive what I paid for without having to check the bag (and drink holder) every single time.

I went here for dinner on the weekend, had a short wait, easy order, including asking questions about making sure they got it right. The staff at the window or a very pleasant professional, and carefully packed the two bags, including keeping them warm for the few seconds, they waited for the burgers. Just a really positive experience.

The service and dining room at this location are very good. I just determined from my most recent visit that I just don’t like Wendy’s hamburger patties. I think their food is fine. It seems like it’s among the highest quality of any of the national chains, but something about the blend of meat they use for their hamburger just doesn’t appeal to me. This location seems quite well run. If I ever decide to go back, this would be a good location to go to.

At the drive thru, I have never left after ordering until yesterday. Incompetence is hard for me to imagine when placing an order. 3 times I said, “no combo”, he kept asking for a drink. I gave my order 5 times and he still didn’t get it.
Then a woman got on and told me to patient, he’s in trying. How much training is needed to confirm an order? Does it take 6 or 7 times to order?
I won’t be back.

Came through the drive thru 7/12/25 and dealt with Barry on the speaker and had Dequanne as my cook (I know because I came back for a second one IMMEDIATELY) I Ordered a spicy chicken sandwich and it was one of the best I’ve ever had, served with a smile! These guys are doing an AMAZING job!
Will not hesitate to go back for one second!

I drive a 45 foot tour bus. I have tried to go to this location twice now after this morning’s attemp. I walked from the hotel next door, and found the doors locked even though the dine in hours show they should have opened 2 hours prior. Last time this happened, I called and they said I woukd have to use the drive-through. I told them my bus wouldn’t fit and they basically said I was out of luck. Today I tried calling, but there was no answer.

Food was cold! My burger (meat) was dry and falling apart from too much condiments (made it really hard to eat). The fries were cold and seems like we got the old bottom of the barrel fries, these weren’t fresh fries by any means.
Its hard ro take fast food serious any longer. This is one of the only Wendy’s in the area and the quality has dropped so far that I’m not sure if I’ll go back. Better to remember the Wendy’s of old rather than ruin it with what youre getting at this location. Plus its still to expensive to get such bad food.
Wendy’s, do better or pack up and just move on!

The app is able to be set to disable certain order options, but this location never uses that. Lobby is closed due to short staffing which I understand, but carry out and dine in are useless yet still enabled. No work around to help service mobile orders, so it’s as if they are pure drive thru. Ordering ahead gives no benefit, as you are forced to wait through a congested drive-thru anyway.
The food isn’t even made ahead of your arrival, as carry out advertises, so even if you do get through the speaker, you’re likely waiting an extra 15 minutes for them to finish the food.
Staff is unapologetic, and the location has been on the decline as is. You’d get more timely service driving down to the excellent location off US-12 in Saline.
Never returning.

Multiple cars leaving drive thru around 8:15 PM. Nobody will come on the speaker. I pulled up to the window telling them I had an Uber Eats pickup. Lady was beyond rude. Absolute incompetence. Then takes 7 minutes to make a small order. Don’t bother, complete waste of time. This location should be ashamed of themselves.
