Great if you like thin crust pizzas. Pizzas lacking flavor though. Had pear walnut goat cheese pizza that was honestly the worse (need more sweetness cud due with acid like fig jam or balsamic vinegar). They rent out space as well (shud put some signs out) so cudnt play any billiards . Servers were very nice and attentive. Tables and menu and everything sticky so they need to clean properly. But legit dive bar to hang. Not recommended for nice date nights. Mocktail Drinks were very tasty though. Friends pineapple tequila was very strong but worth $.

Lots of space with plenty of seating and bar access. Has a dive bar feel without feeling like you don’t belong. They are extremely friendly and welcoming. I came on a Friday and it’s fish sandwich Friday for $9.95.

Esquire has always been one of my favorite bars in Champaign, but something seriously needs to be done about the manager who says she’s “in charge” — her number is 142. I’ve heard complaints about her before, and now I understand why.
While my group and I were paying our tab, she was rude and talked down to customers like we didn’t belong there. When I calmly told her she had a poor attitude, she actually kicked us out of the bar. That’s completely unacceptable, especially for someone representing management.
This kind of behavior reflects poorly on an otherwise great establishment. I hope ownership sees this and takes action, because this pattern of unprofessionalism is driving good customers away.

Nice place to watch a game and drink a few. The cheeseburger with bacon was one of the best I’ve had in years. Fries are fantastic. Didn’t hear about the condiment station until my fatness had finished most of the burger. Thumbs waaaay up!

The best local bar in town!!!! A very nice local bar. There are a lot of selections of bar food at this place. They have a variety of drinks here. All the staff are very nice and friendly. Cool!!!!

Their pulled BBQ pork was GREAT!! I’ll be there this Friday to have their fish sandwich! I appreciate that they put the BBQ sauce on the side rather than on the pork.

our server was so nice always checking up on us. the vibe is fun. cocktails tasted good. my fave so far was the Moscow mule. food was good. I got fish sandwich and onion rings. the fish was pretty big and juicy. onion rings could be better. they have a condiment bar and it was clean and fresh. prices are very reasonable.

This bar isn’t welcoming of black and brown paying customers. An employee was overheard saying how blacks aren’t welcome and we only come for chicken. Many instances have I felt unwelcome when going into this establishment. Many stories of what we experienced going here.
