Our experience at BJ’s was overall very good. The host, was extremely friendly, energetic, and talkative. She gave us a great introduction to the restaurant and went over the menu with us. Even though we had a large party of over ten people—and three of them hadn’t arrived yet—she seated us quickly and handled everything efficiently.
The only downside was that they were out of salmon that night. Other than that, the service was excellent. Our waiter did a great job, and our food came out in a timely manner.
As for the food, it wasn’t the best I’ve ever had, but it definitely wasn’t the worst either. For the price, it was decent and worth it. I plan on going back on Tuesday to try the $5 dessert special, and I’ll be sure to post a picture when I do.
Overall, it was a great experience, and I would definitely return.

We had a mixed experience, but some things definitely stood out.
The Brussels sprouts were my favorite part of the meal — hands down. I give them a strong 9, while my husband gives them a solid 7.
The wings were okay. I personally would’ve liked them cooked a bit longer so the outside had more crunch. I give them a strong 7, while my husband enjoyed them more and gives them a strong 8. The ranch was really good, but my husband ordered the blue cheese and said that, on a scale of 1–10, it was probably the worst blue cheese he’s ever had.
The pizza is where we disagreed the most. My husband gives it a strong 8, while I unfortunately give it a strong 4. We both agree the pizza was very flavorful, and the pepperoni was absolutely delicious…. but it was room temperature at best. We also noticed that none of the food came out hot, as if it had just come straight from the stove or oven. Everything felt like it had been cooked and then sat out for about 5–10 minutes before being brought to us. We somewhat understand that things happen, but the restaurant wasn’t packed or overly busy, so it was a bit disappointing. For me, the cheese on the pizza also wasn’t fully melted and felt clumpy in some areas, which took away from the experience.
We also waited about five minutes for a hostess to seat us. We weren’t acknowledged until around minute four, and then were seated shortly after. It wasn’t a huge deal, but it’s worth mentioning since the restaurant wasn’t very busy at the time. Maybe they were short staffed? No one mentioned it, so I don’t know.
What truly saved the meal was the customer service. The woman who helped us was amazing — super nice, attentive, and welcoming. Since it was our first time there, she took the time to walk us through the process and give great recommendations. Customer service gets a solid 10.

been on our list for a while! we got served by kadie (im so sorry if i spelt it wrong girl ) but she was great, did not disappoint at all, i really wanted the duck drink and she delivered, same with that pizzokie girl we loved it, you were so kind and attentive!! food and atmosphere was a 10/10 cant wait to go back.

Our experience was extremely disappointing. All of the silverware at our table was dirty, which immediately set a negative tone for the meal. We waited nearly an hour for our food, even though I only ordered soup, a salad, and a pizza. My salad was brought out, but my soup was completely forgotten. About an hour later, the pizza arrived, and the soup was still nowhere to be found. I eventually had to ask for a manager, who personally brought the soup out. The overall wait time and lack of attention to detail were unacceptable. Overall, the service was very poor and did not meet expectations.

They are usually busy due to the great food and service. Located right near Concord Mills they have a good seating capacity so usually they are able to seat you quickly. Their signature cookies are a must try.

We had such a wonderful experience at BJ’s Restaurant & Brewhouse! Our party of 7, including three kids under the age of 7, was treated so well from start to finish. The atmosphere was lively and family-friendly, and the kids had an absolute blast.
A special shoutout to our server, Chris, who was absolutely amazing! She was attentive, patient, and went above and beyond to make sure everyone, kids and adults alike, were taken care of. It’s not always easy managing a big table with little ones, but Chris handled it with such kindness and professionalism.
Great food, excellent service, and a fun environment made this a memorable visit. We’ll definitely be coming back!

Visited this location on a Friday night and it was packed with energy. It’s truly a heaven for beer lovers! We ordered wings and beer, which were great, but the highlight of the night was dessert.

I’m so upset that I order from this place often and today I ate paper that was inside of my smash burger. I really don’t understand how this could have happened after preparing the whole burger. The meat had to be cooked, the burger had to be prepared and still not one employee who handles the burger knew it was paper in my burger which caused me to eat the paper. Very upsetting especially when I eat here 2/3 times a week.

My card was charged twice on my most recent check from this past weekend. I thought one was an error and would fall off. Both charges posted and so a lunch for two ended up being $120. I tried to call to see what can be done to reverse the double charge. I was put on hold and no one ever picked back up. I also tried to contact through email but never got a response. Really disappointed in the lack of help on this situation. Hopefully my bank can get this straightforward out if I can’t get a response.
