Their food is really good. My favorite is the BLT with extra bacon. A close 2nd is the roast beef grilled sandwich. Their pancakes are great, all varieties, but they don’t serve real butter or real maple syrup, and they don’t mind if you bring your own. Really cool about this restaurant chain, no matter which one you visit, you get your favorites served the same! AND they give 10% discount to military!

I have been to this location a few times, and the drive to either Belden or Alliance to go to a different location is well worth it. The last time I ordered from here, they forgot my side of mashed potatoes, as well as the toppings for my potato soup. The potatoes in the potato soup, as well as in the hash brown bake, were still crunchy and undercooked. My country fried steak was so greasy that I could only eat half. The dinner rolls that they included were flat, like they either got squished or never rose properly in the first place. Save yourself the stomach ache and just go to a different location or restaurant entirely.

I feel bad being negative but stopped by pretty hungry waited 10 minutes and she didn’t realize she had a table and took our drink and food order and then waited another 15-20 minutes for 2 drinks and the syrup was out. I get it because I work in food and I feel bad because maybe she’s new but I was baffled at the lack of common sense said to the table next to us she would take there order in a minute walked away came back with there silverware and walked away again . I feel bad for the cooks because we just left i didn’t even stay to eat

Everytime I come in here to pick up a doordash I’m always given an attitude and treated like crap. I’ll make sure this store gets removed from doordash and possibly other delivery platforms as well. Nobody should be treated with the level of disrespect these people think is ok
