Worst experience ever. Ordered a Mccrispy chicken sandwich for lunch, got to work and took a few bites. After the 3rd- 4th bite i got to a part where I wasn’t able to bite off a piece so I checked the sandwich thinking maybe the pickles were the issue? NO, the chicken was pink! Raw!!!
It was so rubbery that I couldn’t bite off a piece! Threw away the whole sandwich!! Never going back again. However, the customer service was good.

This location Doesn’t seem to understand the concept of McDonald’s French Fries the fries are a Fail 99% of the time I will go out of my way to go somewhere else because I know better but this is right around the corner from me All I want is a Crispy Cold Diet Coke & Nice HOT crispy fries What’s the problem? Really nice people, super appreciate Jenny when the Frappe machine was down offered me the ability to just come back later for it because the machine was being cleaned. Appreciate the other staff for making it very easy and painless to actually get that frappe.

I got a happy meal for my kid and he was asking for a dino and a iron man toy and the caser said if your son gets a toy he dose not want we can exchange but the manager didn’t let us exchange and she was rude ,also when I asked for the ketchup and ranch we have to pay for it. DoorDashers beware! Whoever is in charge of packing Doordash orders CONSTANTLY manages to “forget” an item from orders. The food is consistently good, but it would be nice to actually receive everything I ordered.

This location is absolutely amazing! The staff here is very efficient with taking orders and handing out orders. The person taking my order, I believe was Erick, did an amazing job. The person named Eduardo did an amazing job with handing me my food and ensuring that everything was correct before I left. Not only that, but the manager on the floor at that was very hands on with his team and that’s amazing coming from someone who works in the food industry!
The one thing I would say though is this location needs to have more security due to the fact that a lot of homeless people knocking on people’s windows as they wait to order and making a mess of this wonderful establishment. It’s a huge security risk for both the customers and the workers.

Avoid this location! They used to have a really cheerful special needs kid up front who diligently took care of their front of house. He apparently stopped working there recently and now they’re a constant mess. The soda machine was out of ice AND bubbles for 2 days. Every single person that bought a soda got a flat one and they did nothing. They let tickets for people inside the restaurant sit for 15 minutes while everyone focuses on the drive thru. Poor management. If nobody is checking to see if the soda machine has ice, do you think anyone is cleaning this kitchen? My experience in kitchens says probably not. They charge an extra $1 for my meal than other mcdonalds locations too. I went here every day for the last 2 years though, but not anymore. Avoid avoid avoid.
