Walked in bartender looked at us, continued to talk to the two women at the bar, they turned around looked at us, he never moved, Another gentleman came over and seated us, he was doing something else. Five minutes later 2 white young ladies walk in, he runs over and says “there’s a booth at the bar if you want to sit there” seats them and takes their order, there are also at least 10 free tables. No need for me to say what our complexion was. Same bartender took 30 mins to give my son his strawberry lemonade 2weeks ago. We come here at least 3xs a month. I miss James, tall gentleman with glasses. Don’t think I’ll be back.

Ordered to go twice… within the same month.. waited 30 mins food was incorrect was issued a gift card and a remake and the remake was even correct that was the first time the second time was service was appalling.. young hosts asked me 3 times my drink order still got it. Wrong.. and still got my togo order wrong also just decided to not go anymore or complain.. wasn’t worth the hassle

I arrived at opening (11:00 AM / 2/21/2025, Table 313) and was the first customer in the bar and restaurant. The bartender/server, Jeremy, was good, but the service started slowly. Jeremy was conversing with a friend and a female waitress at the end of the bar, and it took about five minutes—and some eye contact—before he made his way over to take my order. I guess he could see I was getting frustrated with the delay.

Meanwhile, two other guests walked in, and Jeremy immediately called for them to sit wherever they liked. The female waitress promptly attended to them, leaving her post to serve them. They had their drinks well before I got my beer despite being seated at least 5 minutes before they arrived.

Overall, the visit was fine, but the initial service delay stood out compared to my previous experience. When I walked in at opening, I felt like I was a distraction to the ongoing conversation they were having. Granted, Jeremy worked with me as I had left my wallet at home. He checked with his boss and agreed to text me my bill so I could pay with stored credit/debit cards. It all worked out so, and he was kind to the situation and I provided an 18% tip. The delay in service is the only reason this visit is four stars and not five. If the restaurant were full, I would understand. Yet, it was empty, and it was clear the ongoing conversation was more important than me, the customer. Friday night and waited over an hour for my order of chicken wings to get delivered to my table. The waitress was very apologetic and drinks full while we waited, endlessly. Not sure what was going on tonight but their service from the kitchen if you wanted chicken wings was excruciatingly slow. Our party of four almost walked out. Once the wings were delivered they were perfectly cooked and good sized. Update: decided to get 20 wings to go. I ordered an hour in advance and they were not ready when I arrived. The wings were very small and overcooked. No juicy wings were found amongst the 20 ordered. The celery had black ends and dried out. My flats almost fell into the sauce cup, they were that small. This is the worst experience i have ever had. !!! I did a take out order, , but I had to go back in 3 times to get my order right. I ordered 15 boneless, 10 traditional, and an appetizer. I got my bag, and I didn’t get the appetizer, I didn’t get the boneless wings, and not all of my traditional wings. So I had to wait 15 more minutes for that to come out. Then, once I got it, they didn’t give me the dry rub I asked for and my chips that were for my appetizer were all crushed and looked like they gave me the bottom of the bag. Then, they tried to give me the hatch queso in a ranch little container.
On top of all of that, WE GOT RAW CHICKEN! We got home and I thought it would all be okay, and midway through the meal my boyfriend tells me his chicken is raw !!!! I’m praying he doesn’t get sick, but I hope they can fix this issue with the staff.

Buffalo Wild Wings as a company has always struggled with customer service and this facility is no different. I rarely go less than 15% on the tip however this dinner deserved far less ($1 tip on a $42 bill) and that was still too much. To start off our server was genuinely out of his mind. I’m not sure if he was incredibly stoned, drunk or what but he could not understand any of the words we said and I am certain a cop would have arrested him on a sobriety test. I literally had to use my finger to point out items on the menu and hope that he saw correctly (which he didn’t). My son’s kids menu macaroni and cheese meal was instead ordered as a single side of macaroni and a four dollar kids soda which was an up charge in the end. I was “told” (because he could barely speak intelligibly) tots are interchangeable with fries as the meals side however this was an up charge on the bill. The server never came back to refill drinks at all so we were thirsty the last half of our meal. My wife order a side of carrots and celery (but received a bowl of 100% carrots only) which were charged but forgotten by the server until we asked again near the end. The biggest issue is that my meal and my sons (wrong) meal came out together and my wife was told “we dropped you sandwich in the kitchen so it’ll be a little while for yours”. This of course led to the awkward 10 minutes of me nibbling tots and allowing my burger to sit getting soggy because I don’t want to eat in front of my hungry wife. I understand accidents happen however a simple statement of “you have to sit and want longer because we messed up” is unacceptable. A restaurant that cares at all will offer something to make up for the inconvenience but of course our stoned server could barely stand up straight so excepting anything other than poor service is unrealistic. The food from any Buffalo Wild Wings is okay however the atrocious service makes them a To-Go restaurant only.

Just got my order home and the sauce I ordered was left out of my order. I called the BWW at the Southshore Pointe Drive in Midlothian Virginia Hull Street Road. I explained we were not driving back to pick the sauce. I explained that I wanted them to deliver the sauce to my house. I was told that for safety reasons no could do that. Misty(?) suggested I order a bottle of sauce thru Doordash and I would be refunded. I said I only wanted what ordered. Relaxed to Misty(?) I was not happy and I was now going to Google, rate my experience, leave a comment, and would not be a patron any longer.

Super unimpressive all around. When we walked in, the host was just standing around on a cell phone (pic attached). When we got acknowledged, we were seated. Beware – the online menu is ENTIRELY different than the in-person menu. We’d made our selections before we were told “that’s only offered online”, despite it not saying that anywhere on either the online nor in-person menu. Of course, the only reasonable meal prices were supposedly “online only”. Server Mary Grace was extremely unhelpful and never seemed to notice our waters were empty. The boneless wings tasted so stale and were significantly more breading than chicken – and the sauce didn’t even cover the breading. My husband said their newer orange chicken sauce was truly inedible. The kids Mac and cheese was clearly just microwaved and burning hot inside while being cooler outside. It was truly the worst $40 lunch we’ve ever had. Bad service, bad food. Go elsewhere.
