The service was good. There was one person (seemed like a manager or shift lead) who went above and beyond for us.
The food, on the other hand, was not even okay today. The inside of my burger was red, the camera doesn’t do it any justice. My fries were cold and stale, which is fine, but not the greatest experience. They did make me fresh ones which I appreciate. They also forgot my cup of cheddar 🙁
Not to mention, I ordered at 9:48 and we didn’t get our food until 10:12-ish. Only two people, so it shouldn’t take THAT long. It was only 20-30 minutes, so I didn’t mind about that until i got halfway done with my burger and saw this… For taking that long without being busy, this is weird.

Just left Arby’s and the girl in drive thru was acting like she didn’t know what she was doing I asked for an upgrade on my drinks she said she can’t do that ok so then I asked for arbys sauce ect she gave me 4 for 6 sandwiches when asked if I could have a few more she looked at me as if I was crazy and said I already gave you some in your box yes but I wanted some for the other 4 sandwiches why do people insist on being rude terrible customer service myhusband ask for more sauce as she gave him a few more . Please take note this new box combo is made for a child my 5 year old grandkid said is there more food gma ? Please train these youngsters .ty!

I recently visited an Arby’s location and was pleasantly surprised by the overall experience. Known for their roast beef sandwiches, Arby’s offers a refreshing alternative to typical fast food burgers. I ordered the Classic Roast Beef sandwich with curly fries and a drink. The sandwich was warm, the meat tender and flavorful, and the bun fresh. The curly fries were crisp, well-seasoned, and definitely a highlight.
The menu is broader than most fast-food places, with options like Market Fresh sandwiches, mozzarella sticks, and even gyros. It’s nice to see variety, especially when you’re craving something different. Service was efficient and friendly—my food was ready quickly, and the staff made sure everything was accurate.
The restaurant was clean, with plenty of seating and a comfortable atmosphere for a quick meal. Prices were reasonable, and they often have deals or coupons available, which adds to the value.
While it’s still fast food, Arby’s feels like a small step up thanks to their unique menu and better-than-average ingredients. I wouldn’t eat here every day, but when I’m in the mood for something hearty and different, Arby’s hits the spot. I’ll definitely return when the craving for roast beef strikes again.

We went into Arby’s today on November 3rd and we went to order and the lady taking the order would not even let me get out what I wanted before she kept on interrupting me we got up to the counter she asked me what sauces I wanted I told her Arby’s sauce and a lot of the horsey I got to the window I tried to give her the change instead of her give me change and literally she was not trying to listen to anything I had to say. I asked her twice is the sauces in the bag she said yes I said are you sure the sauces are in the bag my husband was looking in there was none she said I told you there with saucrsin the bag I got around The corner there was no sauces in the bag except for one sauce. I turned around I went back in I asked to speak to a manager The lady Tamara walked up to me and said there was sauces in the bag I said no there was not I said there was one sauce I brought the bag in with me I said are you calling me a liar and the manager came up and he said it’s okay it’s okay let me just put sauces in the bag he should have dealt with her being aggressive when I walked back in. By time we did get to the sandwiches they were cold. I’m not sure who this lady Tamara is but she is not the best for the drive-thru when I went to walk in there was another vehicle in the parking lot that said when they watch me walk in she messed up on her order too and she was very rude I explained yes I understand they were to me as well. It was actually the same lady. I brought the bag in with me maybe she should have looked instead of tell me that it was in the bag she tried to blame another lady but it was not the other lady’s fault it was hers.

I really like the French dip. That sandwich is the best, and the au juice (lol) is yum yum yum! One thing that is annoying is if I order curly fries, I get 5 curley fries, and the rest of my serving are just 3″ and smaller pieces. Kinda a bummer. And we have tried over and over to get a turnover, and they never have them. Take them off the menu. It’s just an annoying tease.

We ate there again tonight, and when we entered the restaurant, it was painfully evident they had burned something. It smelled like burned, and the restaurant was filled with smoke. I asked the fellow on the other side of the counter if everything was okay, and he must have been the guy that burned whatever cause he just smirked at me and turned and walked away. We ordered and went to sit down, and we were pleased our dinner was quickly ready. We opened our sandwiches and I reached for a fry. And popped in in my mouth. Couldn’t chew it. It was so hard that I had to spit it out. So I took the tray back to the counter and told the fellow, sweeping the floor, which was too hard to eat. He took my tray, scooped me a new box, and I sat down. These weren’t too much better, but I did try. Bummer. Does anyone else have a problem with the short azz fries that are mostly what you get when you order curly fries? We have to remember to order crinkle fries next time.

Bought my daughter Arby’s for fist time. She wanted to try steak nuggets. They were burnt to a crisp she said it tasted like Jerry not stake. Spent $15 on meal she didn’t eat. Very disappointed.

My experience here is sometimes good and sometimes bad. The problem is that the quality of service is very inconsistent. At times, I get my orders very fast, whether I’m doing Doordash or getting something for myself, but other times it can be very slow. One thing I would like to comment on is that the milkshakes here are a bit overpriced for the quality of them. I got a chocolate shake here and it tasted about the same as one from McDonald’s, but it was more expensive. Overall, it’s not a bad spot, but if you have a bad experience, don’t be shocked.

I used the drive thru so I don’t know about the atmosphere inside but my service at the windows was fast and the person that served me was really nice to my dog. That means a lot to me…and my dog.

This trip to Arby’s was quite the let down. Came in for a couple gyros, but they didn’t have tzatziki sauce. Took a slight detour and went with the BBQ brisket, which was good. Asked for a strawberry lemonade, but they were out of that as well. No problem, I’ll have a Sprite. Nope, out of syrup! We just couldn’t win today. The staff was great, but running out of product is an issue.
