We ordered 3 burgers and some fries and it was 20 minutes to get. Our food was smashed up and our buns were soggy for some reason. Definitely suggest going to Zips or Ronnie D’s.

We waited at the first window for ten minutes without being acknowledged. Then the woman taking our order was very snooty and rude, just snapped out our total price. We ordered our food, and two meals had Coke’s. At the second window, a guy handed us a drink and said “Coke?” I said yes, as we had two of them in our order. He then said have a great day, so I reminded him we had a whole order, and he said “Oh. Well that’s why I asked. You said yes.” He then turned and ignored us, was gone for a few before coming back and saying “It’s being bagged now.” Then left, and we waited another 3 minutes before he left and the woman who took our order came back and without a word, LITERALLY tossed the two bags of food at me and left. I had two other things after checking the food that they hadn’t put in there so I waited. Then the lady came back and said “What?” And then went and got what I said they’d forgotten and she again TOSSED the smaller bag at me, and left. So rude. They weren’t even wearing name tags so I can’t report them. It was a red headed lady with curly hair at 4:30 pm shift, and a man with a mustache and long-ish hair and glasses on the same shift. McDonald’s, do better.

New remodel ruined the interior. Hard plywood seating even on the booths — terrible if you have a disability. Took all the personality out too, looks like a hospital. No free refills or at least you have to go ask?? And the condiment station/napkin station is so small it’ll get clogged as soon as it’s busy.

I’ve ever had at McDonald’s today really kinda ruined it. First no Carmel frappe then sit in drive thru being the only car in line for over 15 minutes just to get my burger burnt? Probably not going to be going here again

Rarely have to ask ANYONE about Colville McDonald’s; it’s the ONLY ONE within 60 miles.
It’s had its ups and downs over the past 15 years. Has been renovated several times. This Particular One is Well Maintained, both inside and out. The Dining area is kept clean; So, are the Restrooms. The Employees here, Maintain a Certain Professional Standard. The Digital Menu and Kiosk are Handy. There are 2 Drive Thru Lanes; Several Disabled Parking Spaces Up Front, by the Front Door. In my Opinion: The Menu Prices are Too High, against the cost of living and wages in this area. The Food is Tasteful; But, is NOT fulfilling Against the Price.

The cashier was super nice and recommended the quarter pounder burger patty for $1.50 for our dog! Spaders loves her McDonalds!

This was by far the worst service I’ve ever experienced. We waited over 30 minutes for our food, while others who arrived after us were being served. When we politely asked about our order, we were told it had likely been taken by someone else — despite the fact that we had been listening carefully and never heard our number called. Shortly after, an employee named Danny came out and aggressively yelled across the lobby, claiming our number had been called multiple times. He said the food had been thrown away and told us, “maybe next time you should open your ears.” His behavior was extremely disrespectful and unprofessional, and the public confrontation was completely unnecessary and embarrassing. To make matters worse, when they finally remade our food, two cheeseburgers were missing from the order, and we had to wait even longer. In total, we spent 45 minutes waiting for what was supposed to be fast food. We will not be returning.

Charlotte, and Diana are doing an amazing job at keeping customers in the lobby happy. They are so very polite happy and ready to help. Plus they really are doing a great job at keeping the lobby looking beautiful and super clean. Thank you Charlotte and Diana for caring so much for us.

I only ordered a sweet tea. But the lady forgot to hand me the cup so i could get my tea. I almost paid twice. Besides that I need to try before I update this review. 11/24/2020 I am updating my review. I went there with my husband and friend, I heared there are new ownership so I was happy they got our meal right and it didn’t take long but when I got home my buttermilk ranch chicken sandwich and my buns were burnt, my chicken was really crispy and I did not request that, and finally there was no buttermilk ranch really on my sandwich.
