Location was clean, bathroom was stocked. A few tables were dirty in the seating area. Was easy to use kiosk with app. Food was delivered to table quickly, order was accurate and I was offered different condiments, which was nice even though I didnt need any jam or ketchup. Tasted good.

we have been living here for 20 years Not once has the order been right we’re always waiting in line for no less than 20 minutes to get our order. We do get our order today. For example, my husband ordered a large iced tea. He got a small there were no napkins in the bag and I requested hot mustard which I was not given and it’s just it’s almost a long-standing joke that you all will give us whatever you want us to have for what we’re paying and I hope that you guys try to do better because I’m gonna start going to Hardee’s or Burger King.

So I was standing in line at the McDonald’s with my quiz bowlers, as one does after an exciting trivia match, and speculating about whether one could combine a mocha frappe with ice cream. The warm and friendly woman behind the counter (Inez!) overheard me and offered to make one! It was truly delicious. Thanks for being so nice to me and my students!

I got takeout recently and I ordered two double cheeseburgers no pickle and they forgot to put onions and put barely any ketchup or mustard and one of the burgers was missing an entire patty so it was basically a cheeseburger with two slices of cheese

This gray car parked at this corner creates a blind spot in which almost caused me quite a few collisions pulling out not being able to see oncoming traffic. Whenever I try to call the store to talk to them about this, no one answers the phone. I understand they get busy but will McDonald’s compensate if a collision were to happen because that car is creating a blind spot

Service was terrible. Drive-thru only had one vehicle in front of us at the window and still had to wait ten minutes for our order! Then we open the bag and discover it’s not ours! So we have to go inside and just in time stopped our order from being given at the drive-thru window! This time going through the drive-thru we also had very hungry and tired 2 and 3 year olds that were getting more upset by the wait with every second that passed. Needless to say we won’t be using that location if we’re in a hurry.

The staff created a high school like atmosphere that was extremely unprofessional. I stood up front alongside other customers and waited for a long time to even be acknowledged. There were workers yelling at each other, swarming around the front, and laughing. The food was also cold and we were missing parts of our order.

I ordered my food on the kiosk to dine here. Kiosk ask you to type in a table number tent, there were nine so I just entered #1. Went to the counter and informed them of the situation. My food was ready in a timely manner and the counter person just yelled out big Mac meal?! Picked my food. No big deal and my order was packaged to go. Several disconnects here but no big deal.
The staff was friendly and served with a smile. The restaurant is clean and my wait was minimal.

I went through the drive through, and ordered two mcchickens, a small tea, and a cheeseburger. My cheeseburger had MAYONNAISE on it, my tea had GRITS in it, and the guy at the register/window had NO customer service skills, and didn’t say one word. I didn’t even mind him not speaking, but paying for my food for it to be not right, is absolutely disgusting. Not only that, but I tried to call and let them know that the tea had grits in it so they didn’t have to face more complaints, however they didn’t answer even after calling 3 times.

So I sent my daughter there to pick up dinner. It was a big order. She got 8 chicken strips and they only allowed her 2 sauces and she told them she would pay for more but they wouldn’t let her. Said there was no button for that. Ridiculous and just crazy. We tried calling to speak to a manager and the number does not work.
