Mas Fajitas and I go way back! I was born and raised in Taylor, and when this spot came to town, it was such a wonderful addition. Since then, it has remained one of our go-to restaurants! The food is amazing, consistent, and never disappointing, every plate is full of flavor. Their Chile con Queso is truly unique. I can’t remember what dish we got but maybe it was the chicken salad? Idk but man it was good and the serving size was a lot bigger than I thought it’d be. Margaritas here are always, in my opinion, on point. There’s never a right or wrong time to stop by. Showing up late or close to closing doesn’t seem to change or negatively affect the staff which is always good to see.

A fun find in Taylor, Texas. Stopped in for lunch and found it to be clean with friendly staff. The chips and salsa were really good. Our waitress was the best!!! The enchiladas I had were hot and fresh and had a good chili powder flavored gravy. Coming from SA I am picking about Mexican food, but this is a pretty solid stop. Give it a try.

I really wanted to love this place, the food looked and tasted delicious, great price for their generous portions, the food came out pretty quickly, and they had decent service. But unfortunately when I find hair in my food, it’s really hard to come back from that. Also, I ordered the horchata and it had a really weird taste, when I asked my daughter to taste it she said it tasted like dirty sink water which was what I thought aswell. When I told the waitress she just brushed it off and it still came out on the bill – overall it was an okay experience.

Food and Drinks are made with consistent quality. The staff is very kind and respectful. Ana, Sam, Evelin, and Tania are the best bartenders around. They go above and beyond their duties, even during busy times to make sure your experience is enjoyable. Needless to say, I will be returning to Taylor MasFajitas.
