I wouldn’t normaly leave a review for McDonald’s because of common problems. I very rarely will even consider them. For almost 10 years I didnt go at all. However the Republic location surprised me today. I had a gift card and needed to eat so I thought what the heck, let’s see how bad they mess up. To my surprise the line moved fast. When I got to the last window for my order I expected to be asked to move up to a wait slot since I ordered a quarter pounder no cheese. Usual a 5 min or so wait. They had it out in 2 minutes. With fresh hot fries and it was correct, no cheese. The best was the super nice guy that brought it out. He apologized for the wait and took a sec to make sure I didnt need anything else. Normaly they just kinda toss the bag and run. Best experience in many years.

I have been a patron at this McDonald’s over the last 10 years weekly. The service has went dramatically decreased. Over the past 3 months I have not gone here and they had my order correct 1 time, typically they don’t even have 4 pies. Always we don’t have that many cooked. Etc. I don’t know if the same people own it but if they do they should check in on their manager on nights

So disappointed the last 2 times I’ve been here I’ve gotten food that is nowhere near fresh. Last time it was cookies this time it was the fries. These fries were the worst fries I’ve ever had tasted like they had just been sitting over the warmer for an hour at least. The day time manager needs to step it up and make sure employee are doing the job correctly. Not happy.

Horrible attitudes between the current shift and the off clock employees that were in front of us in line. That bathroom picture was taken DIRECTLY after an employee came out of that stall, rough. I do not recommend eating inside here, the drive thru might give you better results but I also dont remember seeing that employee wash her hands so.. swim at your own risk.

This McDonald’s full of workers who look like they got dragged outta bed and forced to flip burgers against their will . You ask for ketchup, they look at you like you asked for a kidney. No smile, no manners, just pure misery in uniform. If you hate your life that bad, clock out and let someone with basic human decency take the headset. The ice cream machine ain’t the only thing broken here

I asked for 2 double cheeseburgers… with no pickles, I’m a 7th day Adventist, so I cant eat pork… they decided for whatever reason to give me a dble bacon with pickle cheeseburger…never had a problem with this… so opened it up, looked like a regular double cheeseburger (cheat day)… took a bite and had bacon and pickle in my mouth… sending a picture…. I just broke my religion rules… just called them and they asked if this was a prank call… male voice, republic mo, 7:30ishpm, filing a case… first time ever eating pork thanks to this staff…

Typically when I get food or drinks here, everything is fine. But I’ve come here for coffee the past 2 days in a row and it hasn’t been good at all, today in particular. I ordered a French vanilla latte, hot not iced. I came home, took a drink, and tasted nothing but straight milk. I took the top off and decided to stir it around with a spoon as I’ve found that helps sometimes. After mixing it, I took another drink. Nope. It’s straight up just hot milk. Where’s the espresso? The vanilla? I know this isn’t a coffee shop, but if you’re going to sell these types of coffee, at least put in the effort.

Your people don’t pay attention to what the order really is. This is the third time they’ve got it wrong. From a steak biscuit cheese down to a sausage biscuit cheese. You need to get a handle on your people.
