The biggest sandwich I’ve ever had!! It was a giant. It weighed as much as a baby! Staff was friendly and helpful. Vegetarian sandwich was so flavorful and was big enough for 2 meals! They sell fresh pasta, peppers, deli salads, and Italian sodas.

And they make their own gluten free bread that is so good. Like gluten free focaccia! And offered really easy and thoughtful substitutions bc I’m also dairy free so we removed the cheese from the sandwhich but replaced it with a good DF tomato pesto. And the sandwich was so beautiful and panini pressed and good! The rainbow cookies aren’t GF yet but the sandwich Maestro said he is thinking of making them GF. So I will return!

Biggest and most delicious sandwiches you’ll find! The Tim Murray special is excellent, but you can’t go wrong with anything from here. Friendly and personable staff. Location requires some strategic planning, but there is a sufficient amount of street parking. It gets super popular so recommend maybe going slight off hours early or later than normal for lunch for instance. Highly recommend this shop though.

Came here for lunch on a day trip from Greenwich. Fantastic sandwiches. We got the mufaletta, italian club with turkey, roasted tomato blt, the vittorio, and the import mix. The owner came out and talked with us and gave us an iced tea and bag of italia breads. They make them daily. One of the best delis I’ve been to. Worth every bite. Got the Canaloni for dessert.

Hands down best sandwiches in the world. You can taste the freshness of everything, be it from the Fresh baked breads to the all the the freshly prepared ingredients. Cheese…. do yourself a favor and just grab both. Also im a vegetarian. But my fiance is full carnivore and also enjoyed everything about our visit. Highly recommend.

They are truly over-the-top amazing! Our daughter recently got married and we wanted authentic Italian food for the festivities. Our wedding coordinator, Heather Kinkade Post (Founder & Director of Events & Strategic Partnerships at Heather Kinkade Inc.) highly recommended them, and we are so glad she did.

They catered our welcome rehearsal dinner at Locust Grove, and everything was perfect. The food was exceptional, beautifully presented, and they thoughtfully provided gluten-free options as well. Lauren Murray from Rossi & Sons worked closely with us to create a fantastic menu and also arranged wonderful servers who helped make the evening seamless.

We also hosted a post-wedding party at Bad Seed Cider, and the Italian panini sandwiches were absolutely incredible—again with gluten-free options available. Our family is still talking about the food!

I cannot recommend them enough. They helped make our wedding weekend unforgettable.

Awesome Italian deli, the sandwiches are SO GOOD. My husband had the Import which was great, and I had the Chicken Rabe which was “out of this world” good according to my hubs. The portions are very large, you could easily split a sandwich. Would definitely eat here again and recommend for lunch.

I am so thankful I stopped into Rossi’s in Poughkeepsie today. Not only is their food amazing, but the people there are truly great. I had the opportunity to meet Mr. Rossi himself, and he was incredibly kind, welcoming, and generous.

As a new father, moments of kindness like that mean even more to me. I can’t express enough how good their food is — absolutely some of the best sandwiches you’ll ever have.

If you haven’t been there yet, please stop by. You won’t be disappointed.

I wanted to give a shout out to the young man named Owen who was working the cash register. I was asking him about what they are known for, what people who come here a lot order etc. He was very patient and helpful and kind which was all very appreciated! We were here during a Friday afternoon and it was semi crowded. They were able to get us our sandwiches fairly quickly. There are some nice seating areas out on the sidewalk and the place itself was very clean and easy to order/pickup the food. My sister and I each got a sandwich and both of them were incredibly delicious. The meats were very tasty and all veggies were fresh and flavorful, perfectly cooked bread and yummy. The portions are very large, I would order the middle sized sandwich if I were to go back. Overall it was a 5 star experience with the service and the food. The price wasn’t high or low it was what I would expect to pay at a deli like this. Highly recommend!

Alright, let me tell you about Rossi & Sons, okay? This place, it’s the real deal. You walk in, and you know you’re in for something good. The sandwiches? Insane. Damn.

The sandwiches themselves? These things are huge, like “bring a friend or save some for later” huge. And fresh? Like they made it just for you (cause they did).

No seating inside? Yeah, but who cares? You take it outside, they’ll call your name like you’re some VIP. The staff? Top-notch. You want a great sandwich? This is the spot. You don’t try it? You’re missing out, capisce?

This place, it doesn’t disappoint. You’d be crazy not to try it.
