These biscuits were the fluffiest, softest most perfect biscuits I have ever had. That being said the staff are beyond rude as you stare at the back of their heads whilst they ignore customers in the lobby. All my food was messed up. Not one thing was made properly and no concerns from staff or apologizes.

We just went to the drive-through and ordered some food. Went right around the corner to the house and went to eat. The burger was so sloppy and messy. The bun was soggy and ripped. You couldn’t even pick it up without it falling apart, tried to call the store back, but got no answer

It’s been a year since I’ve been to Hardee’s. It’s my most favorite memory is of their onion rings. Guess what? They don’t serve onion rings anymore. It was literally the best thing on their menu . So my husband ordered medium Frisco combo. The young man at the window said they ran out of french fries holders that are medium size so they gave us a large size but they only filled it halfway. I’m including picture. Medium sized mediocre sandwich and few fries for$13. Do not recommend.

I walked in and ordered a cheeseburger meal. The young lady taking my order was pleasant and efficient.
Beyond that, I don’t know if my cheeseburger was ever made as I left after a prolonged wait. It was seriously painful to watch the two young men putting together ordered food. It was as if they were competing as to which one could move slower.
I rarely complain or leave negative comments choosing to just move on instead, but this experience, I felt, deserved a comment.

I ordered a 3 piece chicken tender combo sadly there was more breading than chicken. Fries weren’t hot. Which is sad because I love Hardee’s food! Not worth $13 that’s for sure…

This place when Megan is off is terrible. The burger had a bun that was tore up with more meat(?) smeared on outside of bun instead of being inside the bun. When I showed this so called burger to shift manager, all I got was a bunch of attitude. Never any offer to make another burger. I placed it in garbage. The restaurant was also very dirty and all trash bins were overflowing. Too bad the general manager can’t take a day off without the restaurant falling apart.

I went to this drive through for a while and always thought highly about the staff and the service. Well,not today! The drive through cashier lady is rude,you won’t see a smile on her face(wasn’t only today). The rest of the staff is nice,so is the manager…food wise…you make a judgment(won’t recommend to eat here). Also,don’t bother to call #says the ” voice mail not set up”…
