Second time I ordered an extra 2 eggs with my platters and only received 2 eggs. You can see I was charged for the extra eggs and not only that they charged me for an extra added egg which equals out to 5 extra eggs which you will see on the receipt as well. You can see in the photo of the food that there was only 2 eggs that were made. When I go to other Martins locations they have more eggs and 2 slices of cheese to prove the extra added eggs to the platter. I do not have time to go back to the restaurant for them to correct the order, just pure inconvenience and lack of consideration.

This was my first time going to Martin’s , The atmosphere was Friendly. They ask if I was a boxer which took me by surprise in a good way Because I am. Made my whole day after that. That’s besides the point doh the Egg cheese chicken biscuit , Is definitely a certified biscuit highly recommend top-tier. Now I can’t tell you if they’re consistent with their biscuit since it was my first time. their biscuits were moist, soft and delectable. The eggs automatically had salt on them which I liked . Chicken perfect . I love hash brown patties. They’re the best form of hash brown for me, It was crunchy and fresh. I haven’t had a hotdog in years, but this hotdog tasted delicious. “Very unsanitary experience. I watched an employee handle hash browns with bare hands after touching multiple surfaces. When I brought it to the manager Courtney, she brushed it off and said it was fine. After they thought I left, staff were joking about it saying ‘I guess we should put on hospital gloves.’ Food safety and customer concerns shouldn’t be treated like a joke. Very disappointing service.”

The line was the shortest I’ve ever seen it. It took me 25 minutes to place my order and get out of the drive-thru. Then my chicken was cold on my biscuit with a hot biscuit wrapped around it. The guy in the window looked clueless. Customer service needs to get better.

This particular location is nasty. They are eating with the same gloves they make your food with. I left not only because it was nasty but they never acknowledged me and the person I was with so we could get something ordered. That was clearly God keeping me from eating at this nasty establishment. With nasty looking coworkers that clearly lack customer service skills. Very sad. I would buy breakfast here if it was a full $1 menu.

The person running the drive through window on Saturday 18th at 12:15 was extremely mean & rude when ordering and getting food at window. No thank you, no have a good day or anything. All with an attitude and almost tossed the food at me after I waited several minutes for my order. I’m at a loss on how Martins could employee someone so disrespectful. Next time Ill skip this location. Hiring standards need to be evaluated for this location.
