Such a great little spot. Nice light quaint atmosphere. Great food. All the employees are kind. Great price for the food. One of my favorite lunch spots. The picture is of their seasonal pumpkin praline crepe and holy smokes was it delicious. A+ for presentation too.

5-star review only based on Customer Service from the manager, Patrick. My first time dining in at the restaurant wasn’t the greatest. We walked in to be greeted by a not so excited employee, asked about some menu items and she had no idea what ingredients were in several items. After placing the order we sat down. Restaurant was clean and has a nice, cozy atmosphere. After about 5 minutes my friends food came and then finally after 15+ minutes, the lady running the food asked what my order was, she then went and checked, I waited a little longer then the food came out only to be cold. I of course asked to speak to the manager and was greeted with Patrick. He was extremely apologetic and immediately offered to remake the food. He went above and beyond to make it right. For this I will give Le Madeline another chance. This is the type of Customer Service more restaurants need. Thanks for making it right.

All was great!! Went there on Friday/10/03 and Genesis and company took care of my order and my family and I had a great time. Will for sure come back.
PS: as customers, we also need to be considerate, please don’t be ordering long when you know it’s closing time, saw some people still dining in around 10 minutes before closing and not seeming to leave anytime soon

Stopped in for lunch with my daughter who is a foodie and was very disappointed. The dessert should have been the best part right but it was so hard I couldn’t even cut into it with my fork that does not seem normal. Now I’m not going to give it just one star because my daughter actually liked the food minus the dessert, I however, left hungry.
The atmosphere was melancholy kind of bland kind of dark which I like but very plain and simple there was French music playing in the background of life. Will not be coming to this place again this is my third experience here and it’s just not for me.

This is a nice, quaint place where locals meet for coffee, breakfast or lunch. I have been here several times and always wonder WHY the employees feel the need to be so rude. It’s almost like you’re putting them out to place an order.

My aunt and uncle brought my husband and me here for brunch during our short layover in Houston, and I honestly didn’t have high expectations—brunch spots often don’t live up to the hype. But I was delightfully surprised by this charming little spot!

The moment you walk in, you’re greeted by the most delicious aromas, and it’s hard not to drool while browsing their extensive menu. We ordered the Pumpkin Praline French Toast, the Country Breakfast, and the Chicken Crêpe—and I can confidently say this was one of the best breakfasts I’ve had in years.

The French toast was perfectly balanced in flavor—sweet but not overpowering—and the Chicken Crêpe was chef’s kiss! Truly can’t describe it any better.

The service was equally stellar. Not just one, but two servers were so attentive to our table— always checking in to make sure we were enjoying everything and offering coffee refills before we even had to ask. I’be always heard of southern hospitality but it was so nice to be able to experience it first hand. 10/10 would return to this place. 🙂

We went in to have breakfast. I ordered American breakfast and my husband had fresh toast with bacon and scrambled eggs. To be honest, the scrambled eggs looked and tasted like from “Continental breakfast at the hotel.” I thought the restaurant will have better scrambled eggs. The rest of the food was good, although scrambled eggs need improvement.

Not sure why it took me so long to try La Madeleine best sandwich and soup in Kingwood. Loved the vibes of the cafe.

When I arrived I was not greeted and the girl at podium did not smile. I was the only one standing by the bakery display and stood there for 5 minutes. I finally told her can someone help me purchase a pastry please and she said ok what do you want. I know this place is desperate for workers but let’s train them with your culture and customer service and a smile! Great pastries as always!
