Waited 12 mins in line to pick up my mobile order to receive basically caramel creamer in a cup and an egg muffin that was so hard I could barely chew it. This McDonalds has zero quality control.

Ordered through DoorDash and asked the driver to have the order made fresh. Beaver Falls McDonald’s completely jacked up the entire order Ingredients & other items were missing from my order. Missing items included tomatoes, mayonnaise, extra mayonnaise to Apple pies, two strawberry cream pies.
The big MCs were overloaded with lettuce and Mac sauce and extra Mac sauce packed into the corner of the box. The worst service I’ve ever received from this location. They are us usually very good. The following morning, I brought the issue to the attention of the manager.
She was very quick and very kind to replace the entire order at no cost to me. Because of her exceptional attention to Detail and desire to make the Customer happy I am changing my ratings and giving her shift the five stars they deserve. 10 out of 10 for the morning shift. I enjoy the taste of McDonald’s coffee, so ingo every morning. They rarely add the amount of sugar and cream i request. So I have to bring my own to get the coffee correct.

They do not acknowledge or help DoorDash driver’s and tonight through the DoorDash service window witnessed a store employee walk up past fry station phone in hand and hitting his vape! What kind of cleanliness is that having an employee vape while I’m waiting on my orders that weren’t even started! This location has the worst service every single time here! Stopped in and had a quick bite on a drive back from Pittsburgh, and whist the food and service was fine the disability toilets were absolutely disgusting, and the reason I will not describe as you would not want to know I assure you. Quite a small area to sit and eat in, therefore it can be a bit loud. All one level.

You know I really don’t post negative comments but I am so livid! Saturday I was watching the 3 kids & they wanted McDonald’s ! After the last couple times of raw hamburgers, I was hesitant but that’s what they wanted! When I received the delivery order just about the whole order was missing! It included 4 dbl chs. burger, a Big Mac meal, 2 nugget kids meals, a hamburger kids meal & a shake! How can you miss that many items! There were 2 bags! One bag had 2 kids meals & the smaller bag had the drinks for the kids meals. The kids & I seen the driver walking away! He said to me he couldn’t take a picture bc he was having an issue with his cell. Now idk if he took the food or it wasn’t sent! I called McDonalds they said nothing they could do & i was told I had to call door dash bc it was delivery! I called & asked them to please bring all the rest of order! I was told they couldn’t & only would do a refund of missing items. Then I would have to place another order! I asked what about the delivery fees bc if I place another order I’ll be charged again! I was told nothing they could do about the fees! Today, I see an email saying they refunded the Big Mac meal but nothing else! I called & was told that was the only thing they would refund bc I had called about a raw item before so they will not honor the rest of the request! This is absolutely insane! Now I paid for food I didn’t get! Not only that but if you look at the prices on food if you pick it up or go in person it is a lower price than if delivered! Then besides them charging higher prices on each food item, you aren’t allowed to get the offers like the dbl chsbrgr buy one get one for $1. Also get charged delivery fees & service fees! Why would food prices on each food item be higher than if you pick it up if they are charging service & delivery fees? this is fraud to not return my money & not give me what I ordered! The guy today said well we will put your feedback of the issues but that’s all he can do! He wouldn’t even give me another supervisor or higher up or number to contact about this! Here’s a picture of the raw food previously complained about! And this delivery order was $60 & they refunded $12 that’s it! I do have the receipt saved!
