horrible experience! we waited almost TEN MINUTES at the speaker box for anyone to talk to us. we had a mobile order and decided to go forward after not receiving any responses, we thought maybe the speaker was broken because they were taking orders in the other lane. we pull up and ask them if it was broken and the worker told us they were too busy and they don’t take orders for a little bit.
the milkshake we got wasn’t filled all the way and the fries were stale. incredibly disappointed. if you can’t take an order, at least say SOMETHING and take orders in the order they come to the speakers.

This mcdonalds is consistently average at best. Restaurant is clean and staff is nice, but the food is lukewarm and fries are mushy and undercooked more often than not. They also cant be bothered to put more than a small scoop of oreo in the mcflurry – let alone even attempt to mix it together lol. This is the location closest to my house, so i keep giving it chances, but again… not great. So weird too because theyre almost always busy.

This location gets your order right maybe once out of every 20 orders, and when they actually do give you the food you ordered, it’s cold and stale. The rare times the food is fresh, you’re waiting 20 minutes in the drive thru. Definitely worth driving farther to another location cuz this one sucksssss

I ordered 2 small fries and 2 drinks, while we where eating we noticed there was a fly of some sort cooked onto our fry, we where disgusted and went back threw the drive threw so we could recive a refund, when I got to the window I let them know that there was a bug in our food and the guy wearing a bandanna closed the window and grabbed us new fries when I asked if I could get a refund he got aggravated and walked away pissy, some nice lady most likely the manager came and gave us our money. This type of behavior is crazy at a age like that he had to of been in his early 30s

23 years of going to this McDonald’s and not one good thing to say. The service here is a pour reflexion on the corporation as a whole. You have a manager that does not seem to care, ownership that does not attempt to address the concerns of the customer (read other reviews). I question myself everytime i stop there “what is gonna be wrong today?” Either I have to wait 35min or more for a simple order or im missing something from my order. Well this was the final straw I will not ever come back to this mcdonalds I will go out of my way no matter how inconvenient it is. I would also recommend that everyone do the same. Wish I could give negative 5 stars.

It’s always sloppily put together and never fresh. There is more ketchup on the outside of the bun than inside and any time I ask for them to put my food down fresh they say it all just came up

Great fast service. My girlfriend and i went through the drive through. The employees at both windows were just awesome. The fist window the employees were entertaining and funny. The second window that employee had the best customer service personality I have ever encountered. He was very friendly and told us to have a great day. Our food was hot and fresh. I have never received my food from anywhere that nicely packaged up in the bag. Our fries were hot and fresh and not spilled all over in the bag. This is by far the best experience I have had at any McDonald’s ever or any fast food places hands down for that matter. Thank you so much for a fantastic visit. you are all awesome. Definitely seems like you had a great team working during my visit.

This is a horrible location sadly the only one open after 11 pm which is around the time i leave work and i came to this location today around 11:15pm on 1/13/26 and i pulled in to the drive thru and waited for about 3 mins saying hello wondering if anyone was there and than a car pulled up next to me and they ended up taking their order before mine even though i had been there first and was waiting but when i confronted the lady on the drive thru she was very rude and seemed to not care that i was upset about having to wait to take my order i will never come to this location again or to any McDonalds location after this horrible experience.
