I placed an online order about 15 minutes ahead for the 10-piece hot chicken thighs. When I arrived, they checked the order and told me the spicy ones weren’t ready and I could either switch to original or wait another 15 minutes for fresh spicy chicken. I chose to wait.
Honestly, it was worth it. The chicken was freshly fried, super hot, crispy on the outside, and juicy inside. The flavor was great.
The wait was a little longer than expected, but the quality of the food made up for it. I’d rather wait for fresh chicken than get something that’s been sitting out. Would definitely order again.

Today, on July 4, I stopped by to buy 16 family meal. No customers inside and the parking lot was empty except my car. I got home, and my family ate the family meal. The chicken were not fresh. It was on the food warmer for a long time. My family were disappointed. I guess I was the first customer they have. And I went there at 12:30pm. I buy from that location a lot of time but today is was not satisfying.

Took awhile to get my order, after ordering ahead in the app. When I got to the Church’s location, I didn’t feel welcomed. After getting my order and getting home to eat. Seeing that my tenders I ordered were white-looking on the outside, rather than being a golden brown. When I got the bone-in chicken, the center was still slightly bloody. I lost my appetite for the chicken after that.

They NEVER have chicken. Either they’re “out” or they say it hasn’t been cooked and won’t cook it unless you wait 20+ minutes. This defeats the entire purpose of fast food. Terrible management and zero consistency.

This is definitely not okay! I found hear in 2 of the tenders I brought with a family meal. I drove back to talk to the people at the restaurant and they where very rude, didn’t even apologize and just wanted to give me 2 new tenders.

Rude staff with bad attitudes. They often don’t have food or refuse to cook it. Small, cramped space and unhelpful employees. A place to avoid. It’s called fast food for a reason!

Absolutely horrible customer service everytime I go here they park me then sit there for 10 minutes just talking, keep in mind they park you RIGHT IN FRONT OF THE STORE just to sit there and talk, then if you ask them about it they get mad and lie to you about how long the food takes when you can see they bag sitting there waiting while they are talking

Manger laughed at me for no soda rule on me I have had gastric bypass surgery and no soda unsweet tea is what I ordered and he brought sweet tea I said unsweet we don’t serve until sweat tea her food I said no spice and got spice
