Wishing 0 stars was possible.
Seemed as if no one knew what was going on around them. Got the bigger burger for an adult in our crowd insides the kids meal had to go up for this kids burger. Had to repeat myself multiple times just to still get the wrong burger.. had to wait another 15 for the correct one that I still had to repeat multiple times. Finally went to eat, everything was dry and stale tasting including the burger that was just given to us.
Recommend literally anywhere else around here.

Last three experiences: (#1) one topping left off the fresh-made salad; (#2) two chicken sammies came with fried chicken patty instead of grilled, which I had reiterated twice upon ordering; (#3) fried chicken sandwich was overcooked, burnt taste, dry and puney thin. Hence attempting to try the grilled chicken (unsuccessfully). What remains consistently GREAT is the chili and Frostys.

DO NOT GO HERE!!! They put OPEN cheese fries containers in a bag sideways so obviously it just went everywhere. Then I notice sauce is missing, not to worry,! They forgot the nuggets too! As a final screw you they didn’t give us forks or even straws! Screw this place!!

Went and got a double big bacon classic after eating about half of it I looked at the burger and it was PINK and not just like a little pink like pink pink! The people there seemed kinda annoyed I asked for a fresh burger patty without the salt and pepper so my dog could have one and I didn’t even end up getting that. I would’ve just ignored it if they were busy because I’ve worked at a wendys and get that things get overstimulating but there was only one car in front of us and noone behind us. I would suggest going elsewhere or just thoroughly checking your food before eating!

A bit frustrating, I ordered carry out on the app, and the store wasn’t even open. There’s a large sign on the window that say open at 9 A.M. and google says open at 9 but they weren’t open until 10. It wouldn’t have been a big deal if I knew and didn’t order 20 minutes before 10, and then not get my food until 10:15. It could’ve been avoided if they just updated their time on the app, or google.

Continuely screw up orders, they never get it right and take forever to get any orders out, there was one car in front of us and they didn’t include the 2 sandwiches in the order. This isn’t a one time thing, they consistently mess up orders.

Everything about my food was disgusting, 0 stars would be a more appropriate representation of my experience. My burger bun was soggy, broken into multiple pieces, wasn’t even wrapped and looked like it had been smashed. I watched the cashier take our money then go to the back and start touching bacon. Hands were not washed. My fries tasted like cigarettes. So many other places to eat in this area by the mall, will never visit this Wendy’s again.

This was my first time visiting a Wendy’s! Food was made very promptly, fresh and very good value. The supervisor person was super nice helping me figure out the coupons.
