Advertised on screen what comes with monopoly peices and what doesn’t ordered my bisket according to monopoly game advertisement that’d I get my board peice on my warrper and did not receive the right wrapper was informed it’s just advertised correct on what items include the playing peice was told by management that it infact was just for advertising yes I understand that but means I should have a peice on my wrapper I did not they walked with my sandwich around the store and still wouldn’t give me my correct wrapper whole point of ordering the sandwich I got and only reason I came is to add to my board

I usually only go at breakfast, so I don’t know about other times of day, but the breakfast crew is AWESOME. Friendly, helpful, and the facility is nice too.
Plus I don’t think my order’s ever been wrong, and the food is well-prepared.
Today they fixed my order even though *I* messed it up, and this place went from “very good” to “outstanding” in my book.

My food was handed to the car in front of me and then back to the restaurant then straight back to me. When I confronted the employee I was lied to saying this didn’t happen even though I saw the bag the entire time. I eat here almost every day but will not be returning now. Health violation with serious risks of cross contamination not worth arguing just throw away and leave.

The cleaner was openly aggressive, rude, and looking for a fight, acting like a thug instead of an employee.
Completely unacceptable behavior.
The manager was careless and unprofessional, as if he didn’t want to be there at all.
The place was filthy, the staff was hostile, and the whole environment felt unsafe.
Avoid this location at all costs.

McDonald’s – Belcher & Sunset
I honestly don’t understand how a McDonald’s can run out of burgers — especially at 10:30 PM when they don’t close until 11:00 PM. We were told they were “almost closing,” which made it feel like someone simply didn’t want to put in the effort to serve customers who arrived before closing time. I’m still confused how a McDonald’s, of all places, runs out of burgers.
To make things worse, they messed up our Nugget order, and we ended up waiting forever for someone to fix the mistake. Terrible service on top of an already disappointing experience.
If this location plans to stop serving food early or can’t keep basic items in stock, they should update their hours or improve their operations. As it stands, this visit left a very negative impression.

I ordered a big meal and asked for two frappe in this meal. when I first got the drink, there were ice as if the machine was running out of liquid. I asked her could she possibly fix it because the drinks were ice then she handed me these two drinks that are not even halfway filled up half of it is the drink and half of it is whipped cream. I asked her ma’am the manager Are these drinks for she said yes I said oh because the first ones you gave me were ice and now the ones for giving me now are halfway full with a drink, and the rest filled with whipped cream. She said oh that’s how the machine makes them which I know it’s not the truth because I come here all the time and get frappe and they’re always built to the top And also because I’ve work at a McDonald’s.

11:00pm on 9/27/25 drive thru ordered 2 cheeseburgers and filet o fish. the drive thru operator said we can only order one cheese river because of cleaning purposes because it’s too close to close and the store closes at midnight! We got to the first window she didnt even look at us. she was so rude. scary rude!!!
