Ordered at the drive through while it was slow, took 15+ minutes for a few items, forgot to ring up our drink and didn’t give us a receipt, had a really bad attitude when we asked about the drink, food was made poorly. They were also out of fries and had multiple damaged and flickering lights in the drive through.

Who’s managing the place? Walked in evening of December 3rd, 2025. 8 people there, 1 working. No one could identify what a double cheese burger looked like. It took 5-6 minutes for them to figure it out. No customers there and only 2 waiting for food. 15 minute ticket times. People in the back walking around aimlessly trying to look busy and failing.

The orders are always correct, the wait times are short. Sometimes the food isn’t as hot/fresh as I’d like, but the wait times are minimal so I know I won’t be late to to work. Staff is neutral.

I am disappointed. I was turned away from service at McDonald’s simply because I’m a minor. Some boys from Richmond Heights stole, and of course, reasonably so, McDonald’s takes action. But if your first idea is simply to ban all children/minors, and not just the people related to the issue, that’s really stupid. Simple and plain. If you know who stole, and have them banned, why not allow the people who did nothing wrong ordering without and adult. So what, I’m just to walk home, drag my sisters or wait until 2-3 hours later when my mom gets home to get some stupid McDonald’s? Really. This is mostly for the kids who want food, but because McDonald’s can’t handle situations, can’t get food easy. Just go to Subway.

Today 08/07/2024 I visited McDonald’s store #3947 located at 465 Richmond Rd in Richmond Heights. I placed a drive through order at 12:40pm Eastern. As I was eating I came across for lack of better term two boogers in my fries. It was unmistakable. I am beyond repulsed and deeply concerned that management possibly allowed someone ill to work their shift. I am not interested in a refund or any credits. I will not be eating at this location again.

Process was easy and fast for a quick breakfast. No wait which was awesome.
Had a egg McMuffin, hash brown, drink, and a sausage egg McMuffin. Everything was right and tasty.

Ordered 6 cheeseburgers only got 2. Ordered 10 nuggets, got pies. See pics below. Call and talk to manager and need a receipt. Poor customer service, orders always incorrect. No pride in their jobs.

The place has gone down hill over the years. Ordered food and not only did the wrong thing show up but the burritos that showed up were half empty. Wouldn’t waste my money if I were you.
