I have nothing, but amazing things to say about this location. It’s very clean inside and well taken care of. I came here today for a field trip and the staff was so nice and accommodating. They all had big personalities and were bubbly. The food was absolutely delicious. It was better than any location I’ve ever been to. Thanks again for a great time and for taken such good care of the kids.

Me and my family came in for dinner and Timothy was absolutely amazing, he was always attentive, making sure all of our plates were cleaned up, asked if we needed anything, drinks anything. If he wasn’t picking up plates he was picking up the floors or stalking the pizzas,dressings, veggies. i seen him stalk,clean and still made sure me and my family of 5 needed anything. Very Hard worker

Great time had by all from my 10 year old son to his 77 year old Nana, and his 41 year old Momma! This place really has something for everyone. Even my Mom who has to have a cardiac diet got more than she could eat from just the salad bar alone! There was also a nice selection of pizza with only vegetables for toppings actually on the buffet, beyond the standard “supreme” kind.

Came here to have a birthday party for my son yesterday and by the time everyone had gotten there there wasn’t any food put out. I enjoy Pizza Ranch because you can order whichever pizza you desire and they’ll bring you as many slices as you want, with the crust style you want, and any remaining pizza will be put on the buffet. You get to try a variety of pizzas for one price, which is very reasonable. I believe it was around $14/adult. They have great choices on their salad bar. There are so many options to choose from, or choose them all! The hot bar has broasted chicken, homemade chips, mashed taters, stuffing, gravy, and a hot veggie. They offered fried fish and chicken noodle soup, which was as hot as the surface of the sun. The dessert bar had four different dessert pizzas and a chocolate chip cookie pizza, which was warm, a little soft, with crispy edges. Delicious! The staff were on top of picking up dirty plates, and the restaurant was clean. The ice cream machine was out of order on our visit. All you can eat for a decent price.

The buffet had mostly thin crusts (this time, not always) and while they aren’t really my thing, they weren’t bad. There was a stuffed crust tho and that is amazing!

Chicken was crispy and juicy! And we love the salad bar, so many options.
And I love the community interactions they have and thier great customer service!

The owner of this establishment should be ashamed of themselves. Broken ice cream machine, broken soda machine, broken iced tea machine, out of mayonnaise, leaking roof, BOTH stalls in men’s restroom do not lock because the catch side of the latch is hanging down by loose screws. And it is freezing in the restaurant because they can’t afford to run the heat. Server didn’t remove our plates once during visit, so we were forced to pile them up on table across the aisle. I heard one of the employees make excuses for the owner on two separate instances regarding the ice cream machine. Both times she said it’s been down for “some time” and “those machines are expensive “, as if that’s an acceptable excuse, especially when there’s no discount offered on the buffet price when you first arrive and pay. I don’t know if this is franchise-wide, but this particular one in waupun is in dire straits.

I have to say the food at this place was good However they seemed to have a difficult time keeping fresh We hot plate section that had fried chicken mashed potatoes corn macaroni and cheese were all kept only half full selections out The selection of pizza was mediocre at best. They ran out of bowls for the soup and never put anymore out. When I questioned them whether or not they were going to have any desserts out they only told me they were making them. No desserts ever made it to the hot plate until I was ready to leave. The section containing fried chicken mashed potatoes carrots potatoes gravy was only ever kept half full. Even though a family member recommended it and took us to this place I told them I was disappointed. Even though the food was tasty If given The Choice I will go somewhere else.

The service was horrible & the food (lack there of) was not pleasing.
No manager was on duty. Bathrooms were nasty.
