Even as a brand, this location isn’t worth a visit. Not in the morning, afternoon or evening. I’ve visited a few times and the quality, on all levels, has been trash. Speaking with a manager is a waste of time. Got a problem? Better chance speaking with corporate. Just another crappy option you should avoid in this area.

Placed my order at 11:01, finally received it at 11:13. When I pulled up to the speaker I couldn’t hear what the man was saying because it sounded like he was whispering. Instead of apologizing or explaining the wait, he handed me my food while talking to his co worker over his shoulder. I checked through the bags myself since I wasn’t sure if that was everything or he wanted me to wait since I wasn’t spoken to.

Service was a joke. Asked the kid over the intercom what came on the burger and he and his buddy made a snide remark and both laughed at me and my wife. It was a very unpleasant experience and I will never know about the food because I left and will never go back. I honestly don’t know how this place stays in business with that kind of immature service, I actually thought I was back in school. I’m in my 50’s now and don’t put up with that kind of service. You really need to train these kids better. It’s such a shame because I actually used to like sonic back in Texas. If the ownership really cares about being in business they should train the employees on customer service.

They took 30 minutes no joke, no other cars were parked and literally the girl didn’t come out until I practically when in. Our screen said she was coming then we waited for 12 minutes and nothing. I did order from the app and the food was so mid. Please do not come here. 2 items for 8.80 dólares which was a wrap 1.99 and chili fries 3.99 not making any sense. Service is decent here and the food is as well. The drive through wait time is excessively long though. The Cherry limeade is worth the wait though. Their pup cup “wag cup” is also super cute for when I have my pup with me.
