I see so many people putting negative comments and experiences they’ve had. Everybody has their way. I’ll also say that in this time of age, some people are in too much of a hurry, creating a negative atmosphere as they come up towards staff or management. With that being said. I found my experience today to be very honorable. It’s very few times that I will get the exact food exactly how I want it from a fast food restaurant. I’m not one who goes to fast food very often anymore. It’s not healthy for me and I acknowledge that but once in a while, it’s OK to treat yourself folks. So with that being said, I came into this McDonald’s, which is just a block away from my home. I’ve been here several times before been OK. This time, the food was absolutely perfect. The french fries were warm, the chicken nuggets were perfect. I had two double cheeseburgers custom-made. And they were made to my specs exactly. I was so so impressed. The drink was good. I’m impressed with this meal today and the wonderful lady behind the counter who brought me my food. Wonderful personality very delightful. So we all have our different experiences, but I can tell you on my experience today. I had a wonderful experience. The food was great. The people were good thank you.

If you want Mcdonald’s please go to any other location. The staff overall seems kind, but the management and supervisory staff are nothing but rude. I dealt with the same manager twice in 7 days and if this is the face that you put out for the world to see, you’re not trying very hard to provide good customer service. I would throw my last dollar in the trash before I ever spent my hard earned money at this establishment ever again. The same manager was rude to the customer right beside me and he actually told me he deals with it every time he goes into this particular store. Corporate needs to get this place back in check.

1/31/2026 orderrd on mobile app went to pick up order lights were off no one at store at 1030pm even though drive thru was supposed to be open until 12am. Cant cancel order on app because it says its still being perpared.

My 3 year old drank half of this unfortunately! If he gets sick they will get the bill. Asked for refund on order they claim they couldn’t find it, then tried to give me a Refund for the wrong amount and said they can’t unless I bring back “all” the food given we ate the majority until we saw that and then threw the rest away!

I came here to grab some food and drinks and some stuff. They said they were open. They have people inside the store eating and sitting down and stuff, but turned out. They locked the doors and let not let nobody else in. But there is seven people in the store eating, but nobody can come in and eat never gonna eat at McDonald’s again and even the website on their page, it says it’s open. Even people are going through the drive-through, but we got four people out here waiting I guess they have only can let 7 people in at a time worse and terrible McDonald’s

Only bought a coffee but is was not good. You don’t get ro put any augar or cream in yourself. They ask how much you want and then add it for you. It wasn’t the amount of sugar or cream that made it bad , it just tasted old so I wound up throwing it away.

This particular McDonald’s is always the best. People are always cleaning around and waiting to serve you going into the store seems to be a little slower than coming through the drive-through but it’s all good. We mainly do not eat McDonald’s food but we always get our ice there because it is much cheaper and they fix it up for you and we’ll push it out to the car for you if needed
