I ordered the #5 with no tomato & add bacon. Curly fries. They asked me to pull into the wait parking space & someone will bring out the food, and I had zero issues with that. They were frying up a new batch of curly fries, and it would be 5 minutes. I’m like ‘Heck Yeah, fresh fries!”. 20 minutes later I walked into the restaurant, and my order was sitting on the counter… lukewarm. And this is what I paid for. Medium looks like a small, and this burger is disgusting looking & tastes disgusting. Clean restaurant, though.

This is the best hardee’s in lebanon. By far the best customer experience i’ve had in a very long time. The food and service was exceptional. The very sweet and nice lady with t. Red hair I do believe she’s the assistant manager. She was the nicest fastest service worker.I’ve ever had the pleasure of being served by. This store, I do believe, has a new general manager and a new assistant manager. Ever since these new managers came in the picture.This store’s quality of food and quality of service has gone through the roof. Good job, guys.Keep up to hard work.

Excellent on the counter service but i gave it 3 stars on the food…i ordered a breakfast platter with sausage…the eggs were ok, the biscuits and gravy were good,and the potatoes were ok, but the one piece of sausage was Terrible…it was not only thin and dry, i m not sure if it was even meat…Hardees can do better.

Hello my name is David I’d like to share my experience at Hardee’s it’s my number one place to have breakfast I stop every single morning on my way to work these people start my day out with a smile and conversation I don’t ever have to wait on my order I always order a large coke zero and a loaded burrito with no cheese I changed it up one morning in the drive through and the lady laughed and ask me if I was okay lol I love stopping in and seeing there smiling faces every morning if you want a taste of the south I recommend you stop by Hardee’s Cumberland Street Lebanon Tennessee and your food is always hot and fresh

Wonderful manager! I had an issue at another location and called their location simply for a phone number and she, without hesitation, fixed the problem I had with the other location. Definitely will start driving across town to go to south cumberland.
