Overall an enjoyable experience the food tasted good however I cannot in good conscience give a more than 1 star review because I found mold in my Dr pepper and when I complained they did not offer to replace and I stayed for 30 minutes they did not close the fountain or clean it this is unacceptable

Terrible, we received a McCrispy (ordered a MCCHICKEN) and it was inedible and stretchy. Ordered a CHEESEBURGER and got a regular burger. Order fries, got cold fries. The manager was a piece of work at the window “What are you waiting here for.” Before we even have our order to being with, what do you think we are here for! You should know, maybe a hello at least. For $26 this was absolutely atrocious, what a disgrace to this establishment. Drive to Lewiston. Thinking of calling BBB this isn’t the first time.

Honestly disappointed. The food was cold, the fries tasted like they’d been sitting for hours, and the burger looked nothing like the pictures. The place wasn’t even busy, yet the service was slow and unorganized. My order was wrong, and when I pointed it out, the staff seemed annoyed instead of helpful. For a place that’s supposed to be fast and consistent, this was neither. Won’t be coming back.

After waiting over 30 minutes for a mobile order we asked for them to cancel and issue a refund. We were told we would see a refund within 24-48 hours. A week later still no refund. Of course it’s a franchise so there’s no one to call or email. Do not go here. Drive up the road into Lewiston.

Drive through at this location is an absolute mess. Parking EVERY CAR in waiting spots that don’t actually exist, just to expedite false “out” times is insane. With all waiting spots full and people parked by the door in the exit isle, it just blocks the exit for anyone else. There’s no line and true no reason to park people just so that can all back into each other trying to get out. Stop the madness!! Someone is going to get hurt.

Ordered my 2 double cheeseburgers only ketchup and pickles on it and went back in to let them know that it had onions on it. They didn’t even listen to what I told them that was wrong. Refused to make my two burgers again and rudely canceled my order. REFUSED to make it for me. The shittiest customer service I have received.

They are the slowest McDonald’s I’ve ever been to, always. 15 minute wait for 2-3 items. Ever time I go I always have to park and wait 15 minutes to get my food, that’s way overpriced. Will not be coming back to this location.

45 minutes for my eat in order. Ordered on the app from a table. At 45 minutes my meeting was wrapping up and needed to leave but still no food so I went and had to complain to just eat my food I paid for. The parking lot was quite empty and it’s far larger than the store could ever handle. The reason I mention that is we specifically noted how empty the parking lot was and how nice it was maintained. Not sure what went down inside.

Closing down during the middle of the day for two hours is not ok. Taking my order and my money then an hour to let me know this McDonald’s randomly closed while making my order is extremely unprofessional and I won’t ever be going back to this location or probably any McDonald’s after this. I’ve never seen a chain restaurant just throw their hands up and quit but leave it to Lewiston/Auburn to be the first ♀️ In this area no one wants to work.
