I just ordered two wraps, pulled around to wait, and this is what they gave me. Less than half of a chicken strip and both my wraps are soggy and cold. What was the point of making me wait if you were giving me cold food with nobody else inside or in the drive through? I just threw this junk in the garbage, not even edible. I would say at least the second one at least has two tenders, right? But they’re both ice cold, thin and rubbery, like they were over-cooked and sitting for an hour. Im not exaggerating; i fry chicken for a living. This really killed my night popeyes. I don’t recommend anyone to go here.

Dozen=12 like a dozen eggs have to do better for yourselves, your children, your communities. A 12 piece chicken only is in the name of the menu item! 12 pieces not 10. Almost intentional 4 breasts 6 wings. No receipt of course as I said almost intentional laziness.

Had a attitude and when we got home our order was not what we asked for. I ordered a 3 piece all white meat with red beans and rice and a 2 piece the same with 2 apple pies with a extra biscuits. Didn’t get the extra biscuits and got a strawberry pie because she didn’t want to cook one. People custom serve is what keeps the doors open and jobs. If you don’t like where you work than quit. Treat people the way you want to be treated. Thank you

Never come to this place. They are so understaffed that drive through is never operational. They ask you to come inside. When you go inside there is always 5-10 people waiting on orders. You will wait 10 minutes before they even acknowledge that you are there. There’s 2-3 workers moving at turtle pace. They rush the food and it’s never correct. If you want Popeyes very badly go to another one!

This “wrap” was about $4. Inside had a 5 gallon bucket half full of some yellowish water next to the food prep area to catch multiple leaks from the ceiling. This place is a food safety violation nightmare. At least the staff was nice. Zero reason to eat here when there are so many great local restaurants.

Lafayette,La is every bit of amazing,since she has been hired,all my orders has been correct and they come out in a timely manner not to mention but her positive attitude is consistent day in and day out.
