First time ordering from here.
I love how cozy the place is and it feels very homey. It had a warm vibe and they serve breakfast and lunch all morning until 3PM. They have 2 entrances and parking is ample and easily accessible. Good prices too for the serving portions!
I personally did not enjoy most of the breakfast.
I do like to order take out as a means to try a place first to see how the food quality holds up and it just didn’t.
Hashbrowns are great but not crispy, turkey bacon had good flavor but was not crispy, wheat toast did not taste or feel like it had been toasted properly, my eggs were not scrambled nor had monterrey cheese in them and they were very chewy.
I also did not like the taste of the pancakes. They tasted like cake batter and had an aftertaste i did not enjoy.
I would like to give this place a second chance by sitting down inside and enjoying it fresh. I like to support my local businesses so I would also like to bring my family in and try things on a later day.
Based off of other recent reviews I do see a lack of consistency when it comes to take out orders and things not being cooked as requested.

Food was excellent. The only thing that I would knock was the biscuit and gravy was not what I was expecting. I was thinking it was going to be a sausage gravy, but it was a plain white gravy. But the biscuit was delicious.Had a great taste just wasn’t a huge fan of the white gravy.
The chicken and waffles was spectacular. Just a hint of spice it could have been more but I get other people’s flavor profiles may not like that. But the chicken tenders in the waffle, awesome and I got mine.The epic way, which included some shaved parmesan with an over easy egg.
Our server was Sara, such a wonderful soul, extremely courteus. From a top 10% reviewer in the world, great job Sara, we’ll be back!

Enjoyed the Chicken Red Velvet Waffle and the Junkyard dishes. You may want to ask for light on the jalapeños unless you like the Junkyard dish very spicy. Wait staff are awesome especially the manager. Christian atmosphere which is most comforting!

My husband and I went on a date day and he brought me here. It was a small cafe, but it was very cute and we didn’t have to wait. Heather was a great waitress, ensuring we had everything we needed and made the best espresso. The food was great and we were able to watch NFL highlights. The atmosphere was great and I definitely will be returning very soon!

Writing this after my partner and I’s second visit. Both times we had the most attentive and lovely server named Nay! She always checks on us and makes sure that we are served with the upmost care. I even sat down and openly asked “hmm what did I have last time?” And she remembered! We had only been to this place once previously and I was so pleased that I ended up saying “you remembered!”
The food is always top notch here. During our first visit I got the Triple Chocolate Waffle and had decided to add on the “make it epic” option. What they brought out to my table was truly epic. The waffle was so divine that I finished my whole plate!
During our second visit today I decided to order the Biscuits and Gravy with Hash browns as my side. This dish filled me up quick so I wasn’t able to finish it all, but I still quite enjoyed the dish!

The atmosphere was simply amazing and we were greeted by staff immediately after walking in the door. We were told to sit wherever we liked. Nay was our server and she did an amazing job. Our food came out quickly and hot but everyone spoke to us and asked how we were doing. This was my first time here but I will definitely visit again! Thanks Sunrise Cafe for a great experience!

The menu has so many delicious choices, from hearty turkey sausage and bacon to a variety of breads.. biscuits (shaped like hearts!), croissants, rye, sourdough, and more. Everything I tried was fresh and flavorful.
The servers were friendly, attentive, and made me feel right at home. One of the most unique and touching details was in the bathroom… a prayer box and a sign that read, “Wash your hands and say your prayers, germs and Jesus are everywhere.” It’s little touches like this that make Rise Café truly special.
If you’re looking for great food, a welcoming atmosphere, and a place that feels personal and thoughtful, Rise Café is absolutely worth a visit.

On a recent breakfast outing, my wife and I wanted to give them a try. Their eggs Benedict were just OK and the hollandaise sauce is more like pure butter without any acid. We also had junkyard (or something to that effect bowl) and it was just OK. The atmosphere is outstanding, the service was excellent, but the food was just mediocre and for the prices, it was really expensive. There are lots of other breakfast places that offer superior quality food for the cost (or less expensive). Willing to give them one more try but not anytime soon.
