Service was nice, but today just wasn’t it. They forgot my sandwich, so I had to go back to ask for it, and when I got it the bread was burnt. Coffee tasted watery too, and the drinks took forever (like 30 mins). Maybe just a bad day, but still frustrating

Honestly just came here on a rainy day for the playplace. The kids love it! Plenty of parking, clean, and this one is a good size. The playplace is it’s own separate room, so you dont have to worry abt ur kids wandering off, and if ur in the main dining area, u wont hear all the screaming lol Posting this so ppl know it is current. Not all McD’s that show playplaces in their photos still have them…

Pretty sure a bunch of people got sick from quarter pounders a few months ago. Sending them out raw is not the way to keep that from happening again. Tired of fighting for a decent place to eat, I think I’m finally done giving this place second chances.

It’s the second time I get parked and wait over 15 minutes for an iced coffee and sausage McMuffin. To top it off, they got my order wrong! Only reason I go is because it’s the closest McDonalds to my house and my kids love the playground. I try to give them the benefit of the doubt, but they don’t improve or care to do so.

The only problem I have with any McDonald’s is that 80% of the time when using the drive-thru they forget to give me my condiments even after telling them 3 times. Once when I order 2nd time when I pay & 3rd time when I’m at the pick up window & they ask me to go park and wait for my food. (I usually have to park and wait for my food because I ask for freshly dropped fries). After telling them 3 times what condiments I want, one would think they wouldn’t forget right? I get home/ work ready to enjoy my meal & to my surprise, no condiments!!! Very upsetting to say the least.

If I could give 0 stars for service I would. Went into the dining room and placed my order through the app. They didn’t have the espresso shots that I paid extra for in my coffee. So I told them to cancel it and they informed me there was nothing they could do and couldn’t issue me a refund through the store and I had to do it through the app, so I’m going through the app and there’s no way to cancel an order that’s been placed and paid for. So now I have to wait for the transaction to go through which is going to take days before I can finally get a refund. Then to add insult to injury my friend and I were ushered out of the dining room since they had just closed. So yeah a really nice experience all around…

This place truly sucks. I don’t know why I keep trying over and over. It doesn’t matter what time of day you come here, it always sucks. Don’t waste your money. The meat is dried and old, as well as the bread. The fries suck even more and they’re supposed to be known for great fries.

Worst Mc Donalds I have ever been to. Kids play place was so disgusting. Not one clean table, paper and napkins thrown all over. Trashcan over piled. It was raining outside and there were leaks In playplace. Once we got our food they told us they had no ketchup, barbecue or ranch. Hamburger wrapper was covered with mustard yet no mustard on actual burger. Outside bun was full of ketchup. Wanted to take pictures of play place but to keep the confidentiality of the kids/customers I just took pictures of my burger. Never again!!!

What is wrong with this place. This is a big macdonals, great locations but they never have sauces! Not even ketchup!!!! Last time I got 2 hot mustard for 20 piece nuggests and they said that was it! Howwwwww????? I even wanted to pay for more than they didn’t know how much they were!. This is unbelievable
