What did my order for forty five minutes and did not receive it. Manager on shift caitlin was extremely rude to one of the employees that was in the window and was talking down on her then was to me. First of all let me start off by saying how extremely disappointed I am. I went to McDonalds today to pick up an order from DoorDash and decided I was hungry also so I got a basket of fries to snack on which was the rest of my money when I got in the car to eat one the fries were cold and you could taste the oil hasn’t been changed in a minute so I went back after I dropped off that order and told them it was cold first of all it took them like 20 mins to even knowledge my existence and when they did she told me she would make me a fresh one so I was happy. Got to the car and these fries were so salty that I couldn’t even eat them. I’m genuinely so upset and spent my last little bit of hard work money on that. VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED

Wednesday night came into store and was greeted by a extremely rude gentlemen in store. And when I want to go tell the manager about it she just completely walked off and didn’t acknowledge it. Then the same exact manager proceeded to get hateful with one of the workers that was trying to do their job. I understand that working at a restaurant isn’t exactly easy work but never have I ever seen this level of disrespect and professionalism. Management it’s supposed to be leading not talking down to their workers.

This is a rough McDonald’s location. severely understaffed, the workers that are here obviously do not want to be here. You can see it on their faces and in their body language. It is probably the worst location of the 5 in Blount county. . I don’t eat here hardly ever but my daughter loves the nuggets so I go often. That’s usually all I get but I was so hungry after shopping I got a double cheese burger. There was something burnt on it, so it was inedible. That’ll teach me to go against my better judgement next time.

Do not go here for any special deal. They aren’t capable of handling customers and they had lines out the door for the Grinch meals. They didn’t have enough for everyone and instead of telling customers they just canceled the meals altogether after over an hour of waiting. The staff tells you to call corporate then when you do they say to talk to the store but they won’t give refunds for stealing your money. I still haven’t received a refund and they stole $17 from me by canceling and not refunding. All I got was we can send you a coupon. Um… I don’t want a free regular hamburger I want my money and time back. So if you want to eat at a place that steals go ahead but I will never step foot in the Calderwood facility again. They steal. End of story.

I’d just like to say that I’ve always had an amazing experience here! Grayson has always went above and beyond! Always kind and always smiling! Never had an issue at this McDonald’s! There was one night that it was just Grayson and one other worker and they still got my order perfect with no issues! This is my favorite McDonald’s to go to!

I drop by here for Breakfasr a few times a week. The food is always prepared properly and they’ve never left anyhting out of my order. They would’ve had five stars except once you hit their blindspot, you can get forgotten. At least twice I’ve been asked to pull forward or into a spot in the drive thru. And both times I waited for over 10 min for my food. Once almost 20min. Also, I’ve had folks not notice I was in the outer drive thru lane after first contact. Taking 3 cars who rolled up in the inner lane after me.
Just avoid the blind spots and this place will be perfect.
