Cool aesthetic with the old school building design. Still having self-serve Coke machine is a plus. Unfortunately, that is where the complements end for this location.
Inside is as bland as any “updated” McDonald’s. The staff were not pleasant and the food was not good/hot. The fries were at least 20 minutes old.
Won’t be returning.

This is really about the app and how it works with the store. I was sitting in the parking lot near this location and used my app so I could get points and make my order myself to avoid mistakes and excuses. I ordered a drink and two strawberry crème pies. I paid on the app and got my ref code. The app knew I was close-by so it didn’t offer me the usual button to push when I arrived. I purposely waited 5 minutes to pull up and give my code. The woman at the window informed me they only had one of those pies left and asked if I wanted a different one. I said no, I want what I ordered and paid for. She walked away, came back and said it will be 13 minutes. Ok here is my question – if the app submits my order and you see you don’t have something ready, why wouldn’t you just start preparing it as ordered right then? Why would you tell someone to pick something else because you clearly don’t feel like preparing there order as paid. This is poor management – his name is Fernando.

I just went here and got a coke and fries, my coke was out of syrup so I went in to get a new one after waiting awhile for the fries out from in the pick up spot I was directed to. Both coke stations inside also were out of syrup so I just threw my drink away because another guest was yelling about how long his burger was taking, awkward environment. I went back out to my car and waiting for a while until I got my two orders of fries. A lot of trouble for what I thought would be an easy fry and drinks grab…:(((

The bathroom was clean which is a plus. The service was fine but they really wanted me to use the kiosk even though no one was in line. The chicken nuggets were fine, not cold and tender enough.
Overall okay experience is what I expect from McDonald’s.

Just curious… I ordered eat-in, placed my tag on the table. Sure it says “we will bring your food to you” but they called my number and I had to go get it. And food was in a bag, not on a tray … I guess this is more efficient (?), but then don’t ask if stay or to go.

Ordered a quarter pounder at lunch with ONLY ketchup and pickles and the Manager took my order but when he confirmed it at the drive thru window, what he read back was incorrect., He made the adjustment in his computer, but when I went to the next window to pick it up it was already ready. I had a feeling there’s no way in 10 seconds he had it corrected with the cooks. But since I was on my lunchg 15 minutes I didn’t have time to check it out and when I got back to work noticed it was “mustard and onions” only. The two things I didn’t want on it. I’m allergic to onions so I had to throw the whole thing away. The thing is, he KNEW it was wrong and corrected it in his computer but he didn’t bother to tell the cooks “don’t give her the one you’ve already made because it’s wrong”. He just let it go through! That’s a real nice waste of more than $10.00 and I could’ve been very sick if I didn’t see the inside before I ate it.

Worst drive thru there is! And now for the past 4 days you can’t use the app at THIS STORE ONLY!! THEY ALWAYS HAVE WITH THE APP!!! What good is having the app for discounts if the store can’t honor it?!!

Drive thru – 7/30/2025 8:45pm. Service slow as could be. Ordered 2 kids meals. Both Sandwiches were smashed in the wrappers and fries dumped in the box. Food attendant at the window not personable at all. Guy taking payment was very friendly and prompt. 11.75, and I could have had a better result digging the end of day scrap from the dumpster. Probably won’t return to this location.. I strongly advise you don’t waste your time.
