9am Thanksgiving. I was sent to pick up a door dash order. The doors are locked. The drive through menu is lit up, but nobody is taking orders. The least they could do is put a sign on the door and shut down the drive through.

Asked for extra breakfast sauce for my steak egg n cheese bagel, I actually got extra. On Derr Rd, they literally steal from you by taking your money for extra sauce then do not put ANY sauce at all. Had been going to Derr Rd for YEARS since I live right down the road. But will travel across town now to go to Hillcrest Avenue instead. They do not steal from you and the manager is not the laziest worker in the building like at Derr Rd. I love Hillcrest Ave and will continue to go to mcdonalds instead of boycotting them now.

Ordered a McDouble, and got completely raw meat.
I took my sandwich back in, and the man at the counter was incredibly rude.
They remade the sandwich, which was supposed to be a plain McDouble, and made it with onions and pickles, and I was given more attitude for not wanting that sandwich either.
Also ordered a 40 piece nugget, and asked for ranch and honey, and was only provided with buffalo sauce for my kids.
The store wasn’t busy at the time, and the attitude was completely uncalled for.
This is the closest McDonald’s to my work, so I usually come here, will not be returning.

We stood at the counter for 5 minutes and were completely ignored. When I finally said “excuse me” I was treated with disgust and made clear I am not a guest but an inconvenience.

3 years Later: I unfortunately have to give them another bad review and actually lower the ratings from previous review. Going through the drive-thru I tried to use my app to get food as part of my rewards. She kept saying that the code wasn’t working yet on my end it showed that they took 6,000 points. And she just wanted to continuously argue with me saying there was nothing she could do that it’s an app issue and she couldn’t help it. If they can take the points and dismiss me. I won’t be given this McDonald’s another go again ever.
They need to get organized. Everyone was just standing around while 1 poor girl was busting her ass.
