I bring the kids here all the time. I think you definitely get your money’s worth and this location is one of the better Cici’s. The staff is always nice and they try to cater to your needs and offer special pizzas. It’s affordable for large groups and even if you just come to eat casually, it’s worth the price. Only thing is that it’s really tough for the staff to keep up with the cleanliness of the place on the weekends with all the kids running around and making messes.

Dining area was ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING. Tables weren’t clean, the floor was sticky and looked like it hadn’t been mopped in 2 weeks. Drink area was atrocious, ice was overflowing out of the tray beneath the dispenser, onto the counters and the floor. (NO WET FLOOR SIGN) I will NOT be visiting this location again, EVER. Seems this is the spot for more of a hang out, get together and act a clown, for the unhinged “young adults”. There should totally be some sort of standard for attire/dress code, if you will. Females with tissue paper skirts, indecent exposure! Have some self respect! The males, loud, rude, disrespectful every which way. There’s families dining in for Pete’s sake. The food was depleted, they did not keep up with the crowd. Trash on the floors, countertops were dirty, no working sanitizer dispensers in sight. Guess they don’t have the disposable gloves for the serving utensils, that’s gross. I’ll stick to the one in Kannapolis. Thanks for the horrible experience.

Great buffet! Food is always fresh. You can order individual pizzas if they don’t have what you want on the buffet. They cheese sticks are always great with their pizza sauce. The salad bar is always well stocked and fresh and you can’t go here without finishing your meal with their awesome cinnamon rolls!

Not what it was before. Covid. Seems worse than even what it was last year when we were here. The staff was fine. The place was clean and serviceable .. memorable atmosphere. The pizza buffet was the saddest part. Dry pizza. Not much variety cheese, pepperoni sausage, more cheese. Maybe a buffalo chicken. The brownie desserts were good but the sweet rolls not what they used to be. Small, not fresh. Only one or two sitting out. This may be our last trip to this CiCi’s unless things change for the better in the near future. The total bill was $55 for buffet and drinks for two kids and three adults. We lamented that that was enough to buy 10 large cheese pizzas at Aldi!

I was looking forward. Got there and pizza was dried up looking. They were being made and placed on bottom shelf to be used later. A few old combined pans of pizzas were seen with 2-3 different pizzas. Soup was luke warm and salad bar not stocked initially.
I did request a pizza and it was made. There were barely any customers inside for a Friday night. The garbage shelf is now inconventiently placed near drink machines right in the middle of floor and not by the door. Restaurant clean and they were doing usual welcomes. Not the Cicis i remember and was looking forward to going to last night.

This location needs serious attention from corporate and the health department. The dishes were dirty, several employees had no proper headwear, and when I mentioned that I’d previously found hair in my food, the manager said they didn’t have to wear hair restraints. That’s unacceptable for a restaurant serving open buffet food.
The pasta tasted like mold, the floor was sticky, and the drink station smelled moldy. The only decent thing was the fresh pizza, but overall this place feels unsanitary and poorly managed. I won’t be coming back until cleanliness and food safety are taken seriously.

I got here at 7pm. The pizzas displayed looked dry. I tried them anyway just to verify because I knew I was going to do a review of this location. Soup was left for dead as it was supposed to be chicken with vegetables in it. It never got restocked. But it took an hour for a decent pizza to come out and it looked lively all of about 15 seconds. Everyone who could get to it within 30 seconds demolished it including myself. Now I don’t expect this to be down right the best food, of course not but there are some things to work on here that could be simple if staff works together on these things.
1. Pizza display should have a better variety
2. Restock items on the bar as well as soups in a timely fashion.
3. Communicate with each other more to get everything on point.
4. Make a better game plan for the rushes that occur.
This location could do a lot better if there was a better team plan.

Average run of the mill pizza, nothing to write home about but it’ll get the job done. A few negatives, you have to buy water there is no water in the machine, the silverware was absolutely disgusting when I stop by for lunch just now. They don’t really put out fresh pizzas unless you ask for them. I got there for lunch at 12:30 when I left out at 1:00 they still had the same old dry disgusting supreme pizza on the buffet. Noodles were swelled up with water, sauces are too watery. Fresh desserts? Not gonna happen
