Dining room is OPEN!!!! Dining room has been closed since 2020 and I’m so happy it’s available again. I’ve been eating here for a minimum of 32 years and last night was the first time since 2019 that I was able to enjoy it inside. Love the decor, music, and service. Everything was perfect. I even feel like the quality improved, refried beans and rice were fresh and flavorful. I no longer live in Milwaukee but might make another stop before heading back to Ohio. Best Mexican food in Milwaukee.

This little restaurant is a gem. We went there because my niece-in-law had childhood memories I’m going there with her mom and siblings. In particular she remembered the beef burritos and they did not disappoint. The food was delicious, the service was great and I loved the atmosphere. I definitely recommend it.

I ordered the Paridilla from Jaliscos via Uber Eats. tonight.This is a dish I have had many times over the years from Jaliscos and is not cheap, but usually worth it. This time it was awful. The Chicken was dry and tasted like chicken that had been in the fridge for a few days and reheated . The steak was basically just bones and any that did have meat on were as tough as beef jerky. The sliced potato’s were basically mashed up. The flavor was so off. Whenever people are looking for good Mexican food that come stay at My hotel, I recommend Jaliscos. I will not be doing that going forward. Very disappointed and dissatisfied.

Food:
I ordered Uber Eats from the Holiday Inn nearby and took advantage of a buy 1 get 1 taco. I was really hungry so I also ordered a burrito dinner. Food was SO GOOD and fresh! One of the best Mexican meals I’ve ever had!
Service:
My only knock (-1 star in service) is that I did not get any utensils or napkins so I had to grab some from the hotel. Prices may be a little pricey here at first glance but you definitely get what you pay for in quality and quantity.

I wasted $18..I purchased a beef burrito and 2 tacos. The only thing in the burrito was ground meat .the taco had a sprinkle of lettuce. Very disappointed I had ro toss ir becaues it didn’teven look edible. I wish I would have went to taco pro!

Kind of bummed that they don’t have indoor dining. I had a friend visiting from out of state and we had nowhere to dine indoors so we ended up having to go to a different restaurant. If you don’t mind take out they have the best chicken burritos I’ve ever had!!
