The resturant is dirty and not maintained. I’m curiuos to know what the food prep area looks like if this is what the customers see. Everything was sticky and the A/C must have been broken because it felt humid and musty inside. I will not return.

This particular Wendy’s location had a variety of issues that were minor inconveniences. For starters, the cashier was unable to print a receipt due to a lack of printer paper. The drink machine was lacking ice and did not have any carbonation properties. However, the cashier did assist my party in filling our drinks. The food was fairly standard so no complaints from me. However, I do mourn the death of the 4 for $4.

Got all the way home and realized they left a whole entrée out of my order! It wouldn’t have been so bad, if they wouldn’t have had an attitude WITH ME when I went back! Then almost gave me the wrong items this time!!!!!!!

This is the sketchiest Wendys I’ve ever been in. Wallpaper peeling off the walls, the whole front section blocked off as “closed”, no ice in the soda machine (and staff who don’t seem to care very much about that), the soda coming out was flat, no carbonation at all. No ketchup available other than thrre crumpled packets, and none offered to me when I got my order. Only one person behind the counter seemed to have any clue at all. Wendy’s is my favorite fast food burger, but this place was awful.

At the drive-thru I asked for a Dave’s Double with cheese. Ms. Know it all interrupted me to say that they already come with cheese. I tried to say no pickles, but she interrupted me again asking for the sizes of my fries and drink. I informed her that I just wanted the sandwich, no pickles. Now her screen has too much on it so she told me to pull around. My bill was $7.69. I gave her $20.69. She gave me my food. I asked for some chili sauce packets (it’s good on fries and burgers). She told me that they didn’t have that. She gave me $12 and some change and closed the window. She noticed that we didn’t leave. As the change was being handed back to her she interrupted me to say that we gave her the correct change. I got my dollar back. We were not given a receipt.
This was the rudest experience that I’ve had with this Wendy’s. My sandwich is getting cold because I’m too hot to eat & enjoy it.

Just had a chicken wrap that was so dry I had to spit out every bite I tried to eat, couldn’t eat my dry nuggets because they forgot the sauce, they didn’t put lettuce on anything at all, my spicy chicken sandwich came with only pickles and no tomato, lettuce, etc..
I will say that the nuggets were still hot and the drink was cold.

Had an issue with a mobile order – a disconnect between the app and the in store processing. Manager on duty morning of 5/12 handled it beautifully. I was on the phone with the app customer service and before I could get it figured out on my end she had it resolved on their end. I thanked her tremendously. I know brick and mortar locations of ANY fast food with an app have no control over what happens with the app itself so she went above and beyond to get it handled for me. Appreciate that very much. Food was hot and good too!

Dirty floors, out of items, ridiculously slow and lacking customer service. Paid for our order only to be told they were missing half of the items and then told us it was too late to cancel the rest of it when we no longer wanted to order at all. Worst Wendy’s experience in a long time.
