When my daughter and I walked in there was one person in front of us they finished there order and we went up to the register the guy behind the counter ignored us for about 5 min just half turned talking to the other employees keep in mind we can hear them so I know it’s not work related! When he does finally speak to us we have to keep repeating what we want because he is still talking not paying attention to us when I was finished with the order I said everything one more time to make sure he had it right he just smiled at me and said yes mam that’s what I have it will be $59 whatever! I’m so aggravated at this point I don’t even say anything about the price I get the receipt look at what was ordered and yes it was wrong an extra French fry was rang in and the regular size cheeseburgers instead of the small like we asked for
I go back up to the counter to try and tell the cashier they rang me up for the wrong thing at this point there is a couple of people in line and a couple different people waiting on there food a little busy I waited for 15 min to talk to someone trying to get someone’s attention the whole time and not once did a single employee acknowledge me so I take the food I didn’t actually order and leave the store my daughter and I go home to eat our $60 burgers! From a fast food place! That is supposed to be very good right?! Oh this is our first time ever going to 5 Guys by the way. When we get home and unwrap the food it’s horrible everything except the milkshake! The French fries are undercooked and soaked drenched in grease the burgers look like they were dipped in a bucket of grease then wrapped up tight buns were soggy and dripping with grease I really couldn’t believe how incredibly awful everything was I have pictures I’m going to try and post them sometimes it doesn’t want to let me…

We were visiting from Nova Scotia, Canada staying at a hotel and needed food. We used Uber Eats and ordered burgers from this restaurant. All 4 burgers were undercooked. The worst one was my son’s burger which was raw. I called the store and they said they were surprised and I could come get another burger, but we already spent $90US on this food and Uber Eats and we were not prepared to spend more. I think that they are so concerned about sending out the food quickly that they didn’t take the time to properly cook it! Given we were from out of town, we had no car, and it was too far to walk. I emailed the Five Guys main office, whose website says they welcome feedback and photos of their food, which I did, and no response. Very unimpressed.

Friendly and helpful staff? Negative. Those must be fake reviews. I came in for a pick up and stood in front of a staff of about 7 or more who were having side talks and ignored me standing there. This doesn’t include the cashier making it 8. The cashier was helping someone in line but as soon as she was done she also proceeded in conversations with them as if I wasn’t standing there waiting for service. No one assisted me for a good 10 mins or so. I moved over to the order line. After the sup/lead came out another cashier came and hesitantly offered to help asking me to go back to the pick up area after I told her I was there for a pick up. Afterwards, I had to wait for the order that was supposed to already be prepared to be started. Then, I had to show multiple staff members my order before they provided me with an item they missed with my order. Customer service was terrible and the staff was not friendly or helpful. They lacked professionalism and were heavily engaged in personal chit chat until the sup/lead came out. Don’t order pickup from this location. If you do, expect to wait longer and to be prioritized after walk in customers.
For the sheer lack of attention and professionalism from the staff I wouldn’t even recommend walk in to be honest. It was unreal how they would look right at me, not greet me or acknowledge me, and then continue in their personal conversations.

I haven’t been to a five guys in awhile, and honestly the food was great and the service was overall pretty good. I took my family with me and they enjoyed the food as well. But the only thing I was disappointed in was the music… It happened to be a tad to loud and with that the music was very easy to hear. The music that was being played was very explicit and NOT family friendly… We ended up leaving earlier then we had liked…

Cashier very rude. I spent $60 on food bought a bottled Coca-Cola and asked for a cup with ice gave me an attitude and offered me a water cup. Wanted to pour the damn soda in the cup. I guess they’re $.30 is worth my business. very rude staff been into other locations. This is the worst one in plantation. Florida will never come back here and we’ll recommend people to choose another location.

Got a burger and fries, food was good. Happy they had plenty of outdoor seating too. The employees at this location were hard at work doing a great job and friendly. We made sure to leave a good tip. This Five Guys is in a good location, with lots of other retail shops.

Unfortunately, this Five Guys location fell short on service. Our order took about 15 minutes longer than the quoted time, and when we asked about it, the staff was very rude and unprofessional. Delays happen, but how customers are treated during them really matters—and this experience was disappointing

Five Guys was our go to place several years ago. However we’ve noticed a decline in service and quality the past few years and during the pandemic. We went to this location and were pleased with the service and quality of food although prices have gone up like everything else. Still in a pinch Five Guys serves up a great tasting burger. A little music action outside the restaurant located in Plantation.
