I go here WAY too often since it’s close, but holy dude y’all need to learn how to READ. My order is wrong almost always, especially if it’s for more than 1 person and theres a whopping five items ordered. Don’t bother paying extra for any additions like cheese or anything like that because they won’t remember it and if you go in and ask they just talk to me in spanish as if I don’t know there’s English speakers working. Also they will absolutely skimp you on every meal with cheese that aren’t slices. If you need to call to complain, they disconnected their phone so good luck with that. Anyways if you’re looking for a McDonald’s with slow service (especially curbside), semi-helpful employees (unless you need anything other than what they can immediately give you), and maybe the correct order, then this is the place for you.

My wife and I went to this location stuck behind a car that was sitting there for a while before anybody helped them. Then it was my turn to order and the employee was talking to me like I was confused because he doesnt know his new menu items. He continued to talk to like that through the entire order until someone removed him and finished taking my order. So we get to the second window and I was being handed a regular drink when I ask for a large meal. The guy who was replaced put the wrong size drink. So we asked to speak to the manager because of the hard time he gave us. Just to also find out he did not inform us of the bun shortage for the mcrib. Mean while they are getting my drink done didnt look at till I got home and noticed it was not full not sure what kind of standards are being held there if any. Then also shorted me a slice of bacon on the new sandwich with hardly any fries.

Ordered the same iced coffee i order 7 times a week from another store. I told the employee please make sure they add my extras because its always wrong.my order was wrong and i couldn’t call the store because the number listed on Google is disconnected. I know my coffee is wrong based on the color

I had a really disappointing experience at this McDonald’s. When I pulled up to the drive-thru, the employee was laughing and joking around instead of taking orders seriously. I asked if they had tap to pay, and they said yes — but when I got to the window, they suddenly said they weren’t taking any orders and were only accepting cash. This was after I had already waited outside the window for a couple of minutes. Super unprofessional and frustrating. If they weren’t taking certain payment methods, they should’ve said that upfront instead of wasting customers’ time and acting confused about it after i just ordered.

Ordered on the app and had a third party deliver my order. I ordered a nugget combo with 2 sauces and no sugar added soft drink. I received no sauces and the wrong drink. Then to top it off the phone number posted for this location isn’t even a working number. So who do we contact if we need to SPEAK to someone????

Service is not good in drive thru. Order is always missing something. I have been several times. I usually don’t leave negative reviews. But this has to be said. You spend good money and do not receive what you ordered. How is everything correct on screen, but missing when you go to window.

I go to this location daily…i always order the same thing…2 double cheeseburgers.. JUST THE MEAT AND CHEESE because it is for my dog. And they always add tons of onions. I have repeatedly told themdogs cannot have onions. And there is no phone to call..it has been out of service for months!!!!!
