This place is ridiculous. Went in to get a mobile order replaced and they screwed up the replacement order TWICE, AND it took them 35 minutes to make a double quarter pounder with NO pickle and a 10 piece nugget, both were meals. Suppose to be no pickles….it has pickles. Take it back to get the replacement replaced. They pulled the pickles off and put a piece of cheese over it. I could have done that. They got mad because they had to remake it. Get/Do it right the first time and we can ALL be happy. Will NOT visit this location again. Photos of my delivery order I was getting replaced.

Food was cold, and the big girl up front that had dark hair and her roots grown out was so unprofessional, I asked management what her name was I think it was something that started with an L but either way she kept cursing talking to other employees right infront of my little brother and sister and made them very uncomfortable. Ordered food in the drive through and they made me pull forward I waited 30 minutes and decided to go in. No help at the front no one cared enough to actually be working in there. Finally yelled out for help and the slowest most unprofessional person finally helped. Took another 15 minutes to get a refund because the manager was too busy laughing and having a good time to care. How do places like this even operate or have the doors open

The restaurant appeared to be clean. Except for the clogged toilet in the restroom. Employees were nice but all in all id say this is not a good location.. of the evening at least. We got 2 quarter pounders and neither of them were good. Mine was cold with a few stains of ketchup and mustard. His was cold and uncooked. We went back and ordered a large fry and had to wait 10 minutes on them. I would not recommend this location.

i made the mistake of not checking each item in my bag. I ordered 2 sausage egg and cheese mcgriddles. On one, there was neither egg or cheese and on the other there was no sausage! the kicker to all this is that for both of those mcgriddles, I was charged for the “addition” of egg and cheese. Maybe I haven’t always paid attention to my receipts like I did this one, but it seems odd to charge me for things that should come standard on my order.

I wish mcdonald’s was this good in california. Their hash browns are way thicker.Their english muffin is thicker.They use different canadian bacon for the egg mc muffin. Absolute disgrace!! If there can’t be better service than this then they should close for the night…got in line at drive thru at 9:40pm made it to window to pay 10ish I figured their just busy. We get our food at 10:54 pm!!! If we hadn’t already paid for our food we would have left and on top of that it was wrong and cold… 2 people in there “working” and others setting there on their phones having a good ol time and trash all over the place…

Standard, traditional, medium size McDonald’s. This McDonald’s facility is similar to most other McDonald’s restaurants located throughout the U.S. The facilities have been remodeled and updated to the “new”, most current design and decor. The service and food quality is, in my opinion, average but, in-line with similar McDonald’s locations and experiences. Generally I use this McDonald’s location for a rest break and to visit the restroom. Maynardville is approximately halfway to my destination when traveling to Hancock County, Tennessee. Maynardville is not a town I care to spend a great deal of time visiting. Therefore, I am generally in and out quickly. The facilities are clean and well maintained. Actually, McDonald’s is one of the nicest dining options in Union County (there are few dining options in this part of the world, most options are fast food). This location is quite popular with locals, it is likely to be busy. The Maynardville McDonald’s is a full service operation, offering dine in, take out and a drive through window.

We got our food and it was ice cold, we had two separate orders and the second one took twenty minutes to get and once we got it they’re was not extra pickles on my burger, the fries were cold along with my nuggets and the restaurant is dirty and they are slower than molasses in January going uphill.

I ordered online and when the door dash driver got there to pick up my order the staff tells the door dash driver that my order didnt go through the system but it sure did take my money I will never order here again if my money isn’t refunded I will definitely be calling corporate.
