I absolutely love Taco Bell HOWEVER This tacobell is going to get someone very sick. The meat was extremely wet to the point it was dripping out of my taco like sour cream. When I went to tell the employee and see if they can give me better cooked meat he said they don’t cook the food at all so it just is what it is???? When I asked for a refund on my order since he wouldn’t accommodate me he refused. This was the manager, who after I kindly asked his name refused to give it to me. After looking at my receipt I believe his name to be Rizwan… extremely rude and couldn’t care less about customer service. These pictures aren’t even as wet because it had sat for 15 mins solidifying so just imagine how runny it was. Left with my stomach hurting from one bite.

We had lunch at this location and it was very good. The Nacho Bell Grande had a lot of toppings! There was a lot of meat and cheese in the burrito too! The staff is very friendly and kind! We got our food served in good time!

My visit to this fast-food restaurant was overall very positive. The location in the mall is convenient, especially for a quick meal between shopping or during a lunch break. The ambiance was typical for a fast-food restaurant – functional but clean and inviting.
The food was fresh and tasty, with a good selection of dishes. One particularly positive aspect was the quality of the ingredients, which was above average for a fast-food place. The portions were generous, and the price-performance ratio was reasonable.
The service was friendly and efficient, although during peak hours, it took a bit longer to receive the food. A minor downside was the limited seating capacity, as it filled up quickly during lunchtime.
Overall, this restaurant is a great choice for a quick and delicious meal in the mall. There is some room for improvement, but I would definitely come back.

Taco Bell at this location is great. Chicken nuggets are delicious and a must try. Great customer service and cashier were friendly. No wait time to order and it was easy to find the tables around 12.30 pm but from 1 pm it started getting crowded. Just 5-10 minutes to receive the food.

As mall employees we are full aware of a busy day, but waiting 20+ minutes for a drink and a single double stack taco is ridiculous. I was very polite about their freeze machines always being broken, and accepted a downgrade to a soda no issue. I waited and watched people order and receive their orders after mine.
When I asked how long it would take because I was on a 30 minute break. They went to the back and made the SLOPPIEST and SMASHED double stack taco I have ever received.
The team members were laughing as they made it so I already knew to check it before leaving. I checked it and gave it back to them, submitted a survey, spoke to the manager Reese, and will be requesting a full refund as I did not take any of my order.
This was a waste of my entire break.
They have no professionalism or sense of urgency. This is the worst Taco Bell location that I have ever encountered. I will be letting my team know this location is irresponsible with food safety and handling as well.

I had one of the most disappointing and unacceptable dining experiences at this restaurant. We clearly ordered vegan meals, confirmed it with the staff, and still waited an unusually long time for our food. When our meals finally arrived, we were shocked to discover they contained beef. This is not only careless but extremely disrespectful, especially since we do not eat beef due to religious reasons.
I returned the meals and asked them to prepare the correct vegan dishes. Shockingly, the second attempt again included beef. At that point, my appetite was gone, and the entire experience became stressful and upsetting.
To make things worse, the staff at the counter were uncooperative and unprofessional. One refused to give his name or the manager’s name, and another reluctantly claimed his name was “Sam,” which did not feel genuine. Their attitude was dismissive, and instead of acknowledging their repeated mistake, they offered careless replies.
Serving the wrong food twice—especially something that violates religious dietary restrictions—is a serious failure in both food safety and customer respect. I will not be returning, and I strongly urge the management to train their staff properly.

I just ordered and waited for pick up my food. At the counter guy was unbelievably rude with angry face.. I have no idea why he did..
2mins later I get to the counter again, he shout out ” calling calling calling!!” With anger..
I got a sit nearby right in front of the tacobell, I surely check the food is ready or not with my eyes. But, right after food is done, he yelling with anger, I calling calling calling!!!! Why no come!!..
It was absolutely fantastic experience with tacobell in dream mall. Thank you for his service and management. Haha

I literally bought over $13 worth of food and I asked for a cup with ice water and said I would even pay for it And the very rude cashier told me that she could not give me any ice because she needed the rest to last the rest of the day. She literally had to call her manager over to ask for permission to give me a cup of ice water and again I said I would pay for it. I said to her, so what if I ordered a regular drink you wouldn’t give me ice and she said she would. This was a complete mind game She was playing for no reason other than to make both of our lives more difficult. Then the manager came over and they started speaking to each other in Spanish and the manager still never said anything to me and then the girl says she’s going to give me a cup after I asked her what is going on. She then handed me a cup with about 10 ice cubes and no water. I don’t know where they found this girl, but she needs to be fired. My friend had to intervene and actually ask her to put water inside the cup because I was getting so mad over something so trivial. Is it really that hard to give a customer a cup with ice water? I ended up paying like a dollar, but the stress was unnecessary. I just can’t imagine telling someone that they can’t have any ice water, especially if they’re willing to pay for it. This girl should be fired and not once did she say hello, how are you, no smile, no have a good day after we paid, nada. She was rude for absolutely no reason. It truly took everything in me to stay calm and not tell her off. The manager also didn’t seem to really care or weigh in, but maybe she already knows how this employee is. Get out of Customer Service if you don’t want to deal with customers asking for trivial things. Looking back, I should’ve taken a picture of the girl so that management could follow up,
