I wouldn’t even give this place a half a star but Google made me. Save yourself time, frustration and money by going somewhere else. The food is ok but the service (and attitude) is atrocious. Preordered and paid for food on the app and it took over 45 minutes to get my food. I even gave them 15 minutes after placing order before I got there. Even then they got the order incorrect. I don’t understand how hard it is to look at the screen and double check the bag. This is not my first issue with service and orders there but it will be my last. I had ordered a large coleslaw in the past only to get home and find out the container was maybe 75% full.

I ordered the Classic Chicken Box for $10 to be delivered by Uber eats and instead received the Classic Chicken Sandwich. I called the restaurant and the manager basically called me a liar stating that he couldn’t see that happening. I said, I have the proof right here! He said well bring the proof into the store with the receipt and maybe then we can do soi. I said, I can’t come into the store because I don’t own a car. Can’t you send the correct order with another driver and I could exchange the wrong order for the right one? This place has really gone down. The food is disgusting. You can smell the old grease and taste it in the chicken. This place has very low standards. I ordered the spicy four piece. It was plenty spice no salt. The chicken was overcooked. Everything was just disgusting and there has to be rules and regulations on emptying and cleaning the grease that they’re cooking that food in. It’s a shame

First the food here is amazing and always fresh. The flavors are delicious!! My favorite is the mashed potatoes with the gravy. The way they give it a slight kick of spice but not enough to make it overwhelming. The service is nice but they could learn to smile a bit more. I also wasn’t fond of feeling rushed on my order because when I would say one thing, each time they’d respond with “is that all”? Makes me feel like I am bothering them and instead if they would say “anything else I could get you today” would probably boost sales because it stops and makes people think maybe I do want something else vs “is that all”

I will tell you that I have avoided this location for the last few years due to the poor service and staff attitudes. That’s yesterday!
I saw they reopened and gave them some time to get their processes in place before giving them another try to show me they are no longer the old team that was here.
The manager was smiling and excited to see you walk in. He engaged with me and kept thanking me for coming back to try them again. He made you feel welcomed with a smile. He gave me his name and said he is the District Mgr.
I hope they keep this going in this direction. I want to come back many more times.

Workers were nice and polite. I went to this Popeyes to buy the food apart of the new Five Nights at Freddy’s collab. Once I ordered and received my food they offered to give me an empty cup and box that was from the collab! I really appreciate those workers!

It is the only Popeyes near us, but are always out of things. My son gets very upset everytime we go there. But we go again because there food is good. Last time I saw them making lemonade from great value lemonade powder.. it’s not that I don’t like Walmart lemonade. But I paid 3 dollars for a medium glass of lemonade here. Not fair.

Popeyes is one of my favorite fast food chains but unfortunately it’s not been very good lately. I’ve gone to this location several times and every time I’m missing food or there’s mayonnaise on it. I’m heavily allergic to mayonnaise and so having this on my sandwich it’s not a good thing for me because then ruins my meal and I don’t know till I get home because I get it in a rush after dinner do better Popeyes I watch your commercials a lot as a kid and your food and Service has let me down at least they were kinda nice when they gave me my food 30 minutes late overall just sad man try again next time
