The food just is not good. I had the chicken with broccoli with fried rice. The fried rice had a funky taste, the chicken had no taste. As I thought of it afterwards, when you go into a chain restaurant with a big name and it’s Oriental-Asian, there’s no staff that’s Oriental-Asian you’re probably not going to get good authentic food. The service was very good, atmosphere is decent. But again, the food brings overall rating down. I do not recommend this place.

We arrived at the restaurant just after 9pm last night, and the place was almost empty. Our server, James, was attentive, helpful and friendly. He, as well as the manager, made a point of assuring my husband that his food (Pad Thai) would not get in touch with any mushrooms, as he is allergic to it. This is the first time ever that a restaurant has visibly taken such care… My husband is vegan and asked for no eggs in his meal, but it was included when our food arrived. Again, our server was gracious and kind, apologized and removed the food. He came back to reassure my husband that his food would not be much longer. It was obvious that they made a fresh order, and we were both very impressed by this. My Miso glazed salmon was perfect, by the way. I have given this restaurant five stars, and would have given it more if it was possible!

Miss understood something and payed 43$ thinking it was 20$ for a 2 person deal but it was “20$ per person” so really its just buying 2 lunch specials with a side and apt basically would of been the easiest way to explain it to me when I was asking about it. I mean its great after lunch hrs then it be worth it for 2 in a way but over all i didn’t like the food it was either bad texture and soggy and taste on one dish and the other not enough sauce and very flowery and dry on the next and the soup was bland the salad was good but very vinegary the egg rolls were good but price was up there there forem, the rice wasn’t the rice i would eat alone cuz it was hard and dry dry, over all i wouldn’t go for the food at all to any of the pfs, didn’t like it any better then the mall food cuz it was worse in flavor and texture. The only thing to come back for would be for the very nice service man Adam and the nice view but i don’t really care for the view here.

We had a wonderful experience at Chang’s in Corpus Christi for their special Valentine’s menu! The Valentine’s menu was beautifully curated, perfectly paced and absolutely delicious. Every course felt thoughtfully prepared & the flavors were outstanding. It made the evening feel truly special.
What really stood out, though, was the exceptional service. The staff was attentive, friendly and genuinely caring. They made sure everything was perfect throughout the evening without ever feeling intrusive. It’s rare to find service that strikes that balance so well in a Restaurant chain.
One very important tip: Do NOT reserve through OpenTable. The reservations are not properly connected to the restaurant’s system. To avoid any confusion or disappointment, it’s best to call the restaurant directly to make your reservation by phone. We had to wait another 25mins as we had been considered as walk-ins!

I placed an online order for curbside pickup tonight and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. Upon arrival, I followed instructions and texted the provided number twice with no response. I also attempted to call, but no one answered. After waiting over 20 minutes in my car, I eventually had to go inside to retrieve my food myself.
When I opened my order, my shrimp dumplings were noticeably burnt (see attached photos). I paid for freshly prepared, pan-fried dumplings, not ones that were overcooked and dried out. Additionally, when I spoke to the manager, there was no sense of empathy or acknowledgment of the inconvenience or food quality issue.
I’m requesting either a refund for the dumplings or a replacement credit for a future visit, as this experience does not reflect the quality or service I’ve come to expect from P.F. Chang’s.

We brought our daughter here to celebrate her 12th birthday because she is obsessed with your lettuce wraps and dumplings! She had a wonderful time. Our servers James and Bella were absolutely wonderful and served our table with a smile and friendly service. When I mentioned I had a shellfish allergy they had a special menu brought out to help guide me in ordering safely for myself. The food was delicious and we appreciated the sparkler they brought out to sing happy birthday to our daughter. Thank you for a lovely experience we will be celebrating more milestones at your establishment in the near future.

Scott went above and beyond taking care of my family’s table. It takes a lot of patience to work with them, but he did great. He was attentive, kind, charismatic. He was gentle with my great grandmother and brother. I definitely appreciate him. Ask for Scott as your server next time you come in!
