How can you mess up a bacon and Swiss buttery smashed jack? By giving the wrong order again. Every time I come here I always get the wrong thing and is the reason why I always go inside but this time we didn’t. Instead I got a buttery smashed jack. I don’t even think you guys used the butter sauce that comes with the burger and the patty that is shown on the menu either and the bun too. Completely different orders when I got home the other order of tenders combo was fine but it’s always something here that pisses me off. The pictures are completely different as you can see

This has to be the worst Jack in the Box. They never get my order right. How can you mess up two crispy chicken teriyaki bowl combos and two tacos so badly? I received two bowls with rice black beans and some nasty yellow sauce and only one bowl had grilled chicken. The egg rolls and tacos were overly fried to the point it was burned. How hard is it to get the order right if the order on the receipt is right. The only reason they get one star is because you can’t post with no stars.

This place service sucks, anything you order they practicaly always say they dont have, and how do you run out of tacos and out of curly fries . Tacos is one of their top selling food. Always having to wait in line for over 30 min for freakin food in drive thru is crazy. If there was an option to rate this negative infinity, I would. To sum it up, they messed up my orders, told me the wrong cost, forgot to give me back my receipt, and had poor service from the employees. Plus, the employees are incompetent and don’t really know what they’re doing. Also, in the drive-thru, why is there no screen to display the orders you are getting along with the costs next to them like the Mcdonald’s across from this place? That also then totals up the costs of it and tells you how much you’ll need to pay for all of them? I never saw something like that at all when I was ordering, other than just the boards of all the food items offered and their costs. Absolute ridiculousness, I had a horrible experience here.

Had ordered a limited time item on menu and when I went to the window to pay a young lady had been serving me more than just my food. She had a bad attitude towards me and when I checked the food it was far more oily than I had anticipated for fast food and when you took a bite it was not hitting the spot I hoped for it to hit. Next time I will be checking the reviews before coming here. Do better.
