Can you guys fill your product up to the top? This is the second time I’ve posted this review. It is an edited review. This was all five dollars, which is insane for four bites of ice cream.
Update: I will die on this hill. Please for the love, McDonald’s coke is my favorite thing and I’m stuck in Blackfoot can you just fill my drink all the way.

(all drive-thru mobile orders) At this point I think over the past 6 months this location has gotten my order wrong (small, only for me orders) more often than correct. Notable times being when they got my order wrong back to back 3 times before things were set right, when I got someone else’s entire order during a low-med busy time, and even just today, when “no mayo” somehow meant “no lettuce” instead. Not to mention that every time something goes wrong, they are completely useless on the phone, and when you go inside, it takes 5-10 minutes for someone to come out to help you. No idea what the manager is ever doing because the management standards are clearly low cause obviously its not just me having issues. Considering these are all issues that would be fixed by spending 10 more seconds on an order to read it, or to make sure the correct one gets out the door, it’s wild that this stuff is even a problem in the first place.

Sat in drive thru, while 4 cars in the other lane ordered thier food and mibed forward. Even said “hello” a couple of times. So went in and their excuse was that she is new. For 1 I know a manger isn’t going to put a new person in drive thru during the dinner rush. I don’t like liars and will longer be going to this McDonald’s. Just dont lie. Its really not that hard

Why is service even an option? Maybe for drive through but not for the lobby. I was told to use the kiosk. Every time I go in the attitude is one where if you ignore the customer long enough they will do the self serve instead. That is such B.S. the “thank you” feels forced. The smiles are non existent. This is not the 90’s or early 2000’s but McDonalds is worse than it was. McDonalds is missing is soul at this point. Tell me I am wrong. This applies to this location, all of southern Idaho Ann Northern Utah locations.
The food is still average at best but on par with most burger places. At least you know the flavor and quality going in that’s a plus.
Atmosphere is sterile. What made McDonalds fun seems gone. Happy meals don’t make up for the missing “fun” part

The manager of a certain shift gave me attitude when asking for just the blind box toy and of course i dont want duplicates they make it harder then is necessary when the number says exactly what i need. The cashier persom was nice, the manager was not.

So there is a long black hair in my food . I take it and ask for management and told her there was a hair in my burger. Well she says how do you know its not your? I said cause its in the hamburger on top with toppings and my hair is gray and curly. She says what makes you think its one of our , just kept saying things and pushing my buttons , till I finely said cause its a long black Mexican hair ! And she still going on that it could be s I someone else that fixed the meal . I said ! I bet I can go back there and not one white person is working back there … She says we’ll that not very nice . Well she pushed me to it I tell you! Should have been no questions asked and said I’m sorry for that and gave me my money back.. Furthermore there was a district manager there and they denied it , I seen him , and they wouldn’t let me talk to him… I know things happen , but unprofessional behavior like that is inexcusable…

Morning staff is awful. Cut you off when you’re ordering and overall super unprofessional in the drive through. Mostly the mangers or team leads. Be better.
