So I was having a low sugar experience and needed something right away. But I was a little low on cash. The safest thing I could eat was chipotle, but could only afford the kids menu today.
These guys took care of me quick fast and in a hurry! All the guys that serve the food and the cashier tonight. They didn’t know I was having a medical emergency. They just did their jobs.

Service was great, workers seemed to be in a good mood. Did not get up charged for anything I didn’t order. Portions were on the small side and the burrito wrap left a lot to be desired.

Dined here in person- wanted to try the new hot honey chicken. To be honest, the portion sizes were very pleasing and they loaded my bowl up. The food was very fresh and tasted up to chipotle standards. Definitely recommend eating in person here, I’ve heard otherwise about online orders so be careful.

Received my pick up order and it appeared to be half eaten with the wrong ingredients in the bowl. This is a photo of how my bowl was served PRIOR to me eating it. Of course I did not eat it as this is extremely unsanitary. Additionally, unable to resolve the issue with Chipotle’s customer service as they were unresponsive.

Placed an order through the app for pickup, Our whole order was not only incorrect but the guac was half full and there were about 5 chips in the bag of chips. We ordered a steak bowl and a chicken bowl they swapped the meats in the bowls and then messed up the toppings as well there were no beans in a bowl that was suppose to have them and the amount of chicken put in the bowl was like a quarter of a scoop it was all rice, I had to dig around to even find a bite of chicken. Nothing about this order was correct. Waste of money a total scam.

Benz my server was absolutely amazing. She not only gave me the best portion sizes of all time but she was so easy to talk to and communicate with.

If you have a missing or incomplete order, you cannot speak to anyone other than an automated answering service. We all know how much that helps when half of your order of wrong…not helpful in the least. I ordered two cheese quesadilla kids meals which both arrived tortilla only, no cheese. The lettuce on the burrito bowl was disgusting and rotten. I called multiple times and “the staff is too busy making bowls” to answer. How this is even acceptable is beyond me.

Went an hour before close. Literally were scraping an empty bean and sour cream bowl for my food. I understand the beans maybe they can’t cook more at the end of the day (which is still lame). But when I asked her if she could get a new sour cream out cause I wanted more, she just ignored me.bowl was super shitty, I was honestly thinking of just walking out, but didn’t want to make a big deal out of it cause I’m non confrontational. Overall bad experience, and I don’t know why I keep convincing myself to go back to chipotle and this location specifically.
