We recently dined at Toros, a Turkish restaurant that impressed us from the moment we walked in. Despite arriving without a reservation and finding the place packed, we were immediately greeted and told a table would be ready in about five minutes. The hostess efficiently helped us place our order while we waited, and true to her word, seating became available right on time. To our delight, a complimentary house salad arrived shortly after we sat down. We then savored warm bread with hummus and a refreshing shepherd’s salad before diving into the delicious lamb adana and chicken kebabs, both served with a side of rice. While the kebabs were fantastic, we did miss having onions and the thin lavash bread alongside them. We concluded our meal with sweet baklava, rich Turkish coffee, and aromatic Turkish tea. The service was exceptionally fast, the food was absolutely delicious, and the overall ambiance was wonderful, making for a truly enjoyable dining experience!!

We stumbled upon Toros because we were trying to find a place to eat on the last day of Ramadan. They were super packed but they told us if we waited for a few minutes they would be able to sit us. We were so glad we waited because the food was fantastic. It was by far one of my favorite Turkish restaurants in NJ. The service here is great. They are very attentive and the food comes out pretty quickly. The seating is a little tight but not uncomfortable. We didn’t know they had a parking lot the first time but the next time we came, parking is right next to it which was convenient. Definitely recommend coming to eat here. Stop by in the afternoon on a weekday or weekend when its less crowded. You won’t be disappointed.

I am an early bird so breakfast is the meal of choice at Toros. Awesome breakfast with fresh warm bread. A hidden gem in Paterson. Head over th Taskin after breakfast for sumptuous deserts.

The food is just no. No flavor. Side of vegetables tasted like nothing. Bulgur was sour. Eggplant dip looked like cat food. Fries had no salt. And the kataif dessert must have been a month old, It was stale as ever. Very disappointing. Wouldn’t recommend. Sad to pay for food that wasn’t just tasteless, but definitely not fresh.

Went to this place for dinner on a Saturday weekend. The place has a decent atmosphere and ambience. I tried will their combination kabobs available. The food serve at a decent temperature. The meat was juicy and tinder. The kabobs with beef and lamb meats tastes are good. However, the chicken kabobs were not up to the expectations. The resturent located in a popular place on Main Street and finding parking can be tough depending upon the time and day.

Do not recommend this location! Myself and a colleague ordered the same dish that we have had numerous times at their Clifton location however at this location on Main Street the food was just off from the bread being stale, hummus had no flavor, bougar was old and served cold and the chicken was not cooked well done and had a weird taste.

**Review for Toros Restaurant**
I had a great experience at Toros! The meat was exceptionally tender and fresh, making each bite enjoyable. The bread was also tasty, with a perfect balance of crispiness and softness. Overall, a fantastic dining spot that I highly recommend!
