So disappointed. I love chipotle but this location ain’t it. First time I ordered here, the rice was legit raw. Like hard not even chewy. Today, I got a burrito & when I tell you it’s leaking oil. I’m not kidding. 4 napkins FULLY drenched in oil as well as a small puddle in the not even fully wrapped burrito & bottom of bag was completely soaked through/broke open. Got all over my backpack since I ride a bike. The burrito broke as I tried eating it cause it was so wet there was no way to eat it in burrito form. Food tasted okay this time (not great but not horrible either) but service needs work as well. Not sure why the staff at this location don’t ever 1. Acknowledge you. Won’t even look at you even though they see you standing and waiting. 2. Never greet or saying anything besides, “name?” The entire time you’re in the restaurant. 3. Never smiles or gives any kind of energy besides they hate you and their job. I worked a 12 hour shift just to eat half a burrito and not even want it anymore. Can’t get over how greasy this thing is

Food taste good but, undercooked brown rice is crazy this ca cause serious health issues. Please tell your employees to take caution because undercook rice is extremely dangerous. Victoria is amazing. This was my first interaction with her, but last time I seen her she was evaluating the ceiling haha. Amazingly ran chipotle. And thank you Janiya for your outstanding customer service aswell. There’s a guy that skipped me 2 weeks ago because I asked about a bowl option. I only went before 4pm because I don’t want to run into issues. Now I’m back to dinner mode thanks to Victoria. I swear to god I have nothing to gain. I just appreciate people who appreciate my business. Thank you for making every trip worth my while Victoria. Your awesome!!!

I would rate this location 0 stars if I could this location made me never want to eat from chiplote again. Food isn’t fresh at all. They gave me uncooked rice, the rice tasted fresh out of the grocery store bag, HARD and DISGUSTING. I almost threw up. Wasted my money and time. Horrible.

Do not and I mean, do not by all means eat at this location! I receive the worst case of food poisoning from this location! I hadn’t eaten anything all day so I can pinpoint that this was specifically how I got food poisoning.
When I went to the manager and complained about food poisoning, his response was “nobody else came and said they got food poisoning so it couldn’t have been from us “
And completely tried to dismiss my issue. I filed a complaint with HR and escalated the situation. The manager is very rude and incompetent. Additionally, I do not believe everybody would complain that they were blowing up the toilet all day and violently throwing up! Do not eat here!

The employee handling online orders last night displayed a very poor attitude and behaved in an unprofessional manner.

THIS DESERVES ZERO STARS!!!!! I found a ROACH/BUG!!! in my food. While eating this meal. I took about 3 bites and noticed the dead ROACH/BUG in my food. I was already hesitant on ordering because the store was dirty with food all over the counter top where they serve the food and I should’ve listened to my first instinct. DO NOT EAT HERE!!!
