I came across this spot while looking for something quick but ended up finding one of the best meals I have had in a while. The chicken sandwich had the perfect crunch with juicy meat inside and a creamy sauce that tied it all together. Every bite felt balanced and full of flavor, not heavy or greasy like most places.

Then came the waffle fries. They were golden, crisp, and lightly seasoned with a flavor that actually stood out on its own. Dipped into that house sauce, they were addicting. You could tell everything was cooked fresh and served with care.

The staff made the visit even better with their easygoing attitude and quick service despite the lunch rush. It is rare to find food that feels homemade and comforting yet still fits perfectly for a casual meal out. I will definitely be stopping by again soon to try more from the menu.

Chicken tenders were big. Everything else was ok-ish. I prefer the seasonings and menu from the Wooboi in Fairfax, VA 22033.

Oh yum, Very delicious! Big portion, and juicy chicken sandwich. It is quite spicy so keep that in mind when you order. My mouth got watery writing this review. I cant wait to go back.

Tried out Wooboi Hot Chicken today and it absolutely lived up to the hype. I got the Skinny (Code Red), the Tenders (Level 3), and the Choi Fries—every bite packed serious heat but was loaded with flavor. The spice is no joke, but the taste totally makes it worth it. Portions were generous too—I even had leftovers. I also tried their rotating pop (black cherry this time) and it was super refreshing. On top of all that, the customer service was friendly and on point. 10/10 would recommend if you’re into bold flavors and serious spice.

Woo boi! I can see how this eatery got its name. Their chicken has the crispiest exterior, yet most tender interior. Like how?? Usually, it’s one or the other, which is why I end up preferring just the skin or opting for grilled chicken altogether.. Fair prices, too, considering the giant portion sizes.

The only fried chicken spot that exists for my taste buds from this point forth. Highly recommend!

It’s very hard to not love this place. The portions are generous ⬆️, the service is good, the prices are reasonable, and most importantly, the food is SPECTACULAR!!! One of the best spicy fried chicken sandwiches I’ve ever had. And trust me, the heat ️ really delivers if you get one of the higher spice levels. You need to give this place a try!!

I’ve been coming since opening years ago… it’s still quite busy.. however, it’s been a while since I’ve been in.. I was sticker shocked to see prices have jumped from a sweet price of $8.99 for a Sando.. to now $13.. yikes.. at these prices, I can’t really entertain eating here often.. pic of old menu from 4 years ago, current menu(March 2025), the food I got, and today’s receipt. (Close to 20$ a person “meal”) edit to add, the food is still quite delicious. My favorites still remain to be level 3 Sando, no bun, and the fried okra with their sauce.

Best Spicy Chicken Tenders ever!

We at least go to this place once a week. So delicious and Spicy tenders, Their hot levels range from classic to Code Blue where classic is not hot( spice level) to code blue( Extreme hot) I’ve tasted code blue and literally had a liter of water after that and had few candies. We usually order Code Red( spice levels) are crazy high. They give white bread and pickles with the tenders, the staff is so friendly and not pricy too. I like their waffles too. They have beers and sodas too.

If you ever want to eat spicy chicken tenders, this is the place.

It was just ok overall, nothing special. The service was average, the chicken was just okay& the bun was messy with additives like mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids and monocalcium phosphate. , they’re probably the best among weaker options, but still not good enough for me to come back.

Their sandwiches are amazing. We get Wooboi’s for team lunches sometimes and have a tradition of “doing a blue bite” (just a cut up piece of a Code Blue tender) after our sandwiches. I find level 3 to be the most enjoyable for a sando, but the seasoning is great for whatever level of spice you enjoy. Be careful with the blue, but it’s not the nail driver it used to be (or maybe I’ve gotten more tolerant….lol).
