We pass this place frequently and noticed that people seem to like it, so we decided to stop in. Since then, we have come another time. The first time, I ordered a Double Bacon Avocado Burger with tater tots meal, and then the second time, I ordered a 6-piece chicken tenders with a large fry. I got the 6-piece because we had a Free Entree coupon for signing up for their rewards program, so I decided to get that and a large fry on the side. We ate both meals inside, and the atmosphere is bustling and busy. The burger was really good, though it was very greasy. The tater tots were good, and the Jaggers sauce was excellent. It complemented the tater tots very well. I really enjoyed the avocado and the bacon on it. The chicken tenders were also very good. I was a little surprised by the large fry- I am wondering if they gave me a medium fry and thought I got a meal, but I did not care enough to have it be corrected. My partner got a side of mac and cheese for his side and he said it was very bland. I like the fountain drink choices, especially the Hi-C orange offering, and the staff were very friendly. I will say, my partner and my sister both felt ill after eating the food. I believe that it was due to how greasy the food is. I was not impacted- but it is worth mentioning to me. The prices are pretty reasonable for a fast casual place.

I got the chicken tender combo with fries and a chocolate chip cookie shake. It was delicious! The inside was very nice and clean. All the staff were kind. Rachel was very nice and helpful at the cash register. I will definitely be back!

This is a place I’m going to miss when I move. I had never heard of Jaggers before being from the PNW. The food is consistently good here but the service leaves a lot to be desired as of late. They used to be just as efficient as Chick-Fil-A, if not better. But lately the drive thru is a bad choice, even if you order ahead. They have left me sitting in the drive thru almost every time I’ve gone in person now, giving food out to everyone ahead of me, and behind me. But yet I ordered ahead and checked in before I even left my house which is down the road.. so there’s no way people who just ordered at the speaker should be getting food before the car that’s sitting at the drive thru window, especially when all I’m ordering is two burgers and the bags you’re handing out to other guests are huge compared to my little two burgers. I will also note one time I ordered brownies and there was a LONG black hair actually BAKED into them. I didn’t realize there was a hair until it was already completely in my mouth and then started feeling it, and obviously immediately felt nauseous and spit it out, pulling a long black hair out of my mouth. Both my husband and I don’t have black hair, and it was actually baked inside the middle of it. This is also an experience I can’t seem to forget, and have never ordered a dessert ever again from here. Please fix your customer service at your drive thru because it is killing your business. Fast food is suppose to be fast, and if I order 10 minutes before arriving and check in, I shouldn’t have to wait another 20.

Got the Sunrise burger and it’s amazing and the shoestring fries are so good. Jaree brought our food out to us and checked on us a couple times during our visit and gave great customer service! Thanks for the compliments Jaree! You’re awesome!

I came in and mistakenly thought that they left bacon off my burger when in fact they didn’t not lolol. The general manager Jaree was still nice enough to give me two cookies for coming in and was very hospitable in the process. I appreciate the great customer service and the willingness to go above and beyond. She was amazing.

Been here many times. And have had a variety of the items on the menu. The food is great. The amount of food you get is way worth it and more than you get at other places. Staff is very professional and the service is top notch.

I enjoy the food at Jaggers, but I really wish the staff wouldn’t wear gloves while handing out food. It actually raises concerns about hygiene, as it can give the impression that hands aren’t being washed frequently and germs are being transferred.
I also added the chicken tender bites kids meal and honestly, don’t waste your time. It looked nothing like the picture and was basically crumbs. For $5.99, that was unacceptable. You’re honestly better off going somewhere else.
